Mixing carbs and fats in the same meal is not good, it will cause your body to store fat. also what are you basing your carb numbers off of? It looks to me you have a lot less carbs then your thinkin

Those ones? I thought vegetables were not considered real carbs...asparagus,brocoli...

7:45 7-Protein/Carbs (PostWorkout meal) -Tuna,Rice (140g Carbs)
