I am a Mens' Physique competitor currently a little under 7 weeks out. I'm 5'10" and 219 lb's
Weekly
Test E - 125mg
Tren E - 400mg
Mast E - 300mg
Bold Cyp (EQ) - 400mg

Daily
Var - 100mg
GH - 3iu (1-1.5hr Preworkout) 6 days on 1 off
Slin - 10iu (Preworkout, right before I leave my house or in gym parking lot)
Prami - 25mcg

I drop t3 down to 25mcg as a "cruse" and blast it up for a short time. and use Clen more as a preworkout.
T3 - 25-50mcg
clen - 40-80mcg

Will prob add in igf-1 pre fasted cardio and post workout at 4 weeks out.. even tho I hear it's hard to find the real stuff and it's prob bunk.. i'm pinning it anyway. I trust the site I get it from so I'll let you know.

On this cycle I notice my weight doesn't change a whole lot but I start looking stupid cut and vascular. I know a lot of people will have things to say about the way and things i'm running. but guess what. I dont give a FUCK what you think. this works for me so i'm running it until it doesn't.

Nice work. Any specific reason you are going physique? The reason I ask is it looks like you have a significant amount of muscle...looks like you could be competitive in the LHW BB class...

Honestly I just kinda fell into it.. I would love to do a bodybuilding show but worry my wheels wont be good enough to make it anywhere outside of the npc. With physique I feel I have a chance.. I was hit by a car in college while on my motorcycle and lost part of my left knee.. I mean. My legs are decent. good detail to them and I have pretty Great calves in my option.. just not the huge mass.

Upped Prami to 50mcg last night. Slept a lot better than I normally do while on Tren. But I woke up groggy as a SOB and had to fight with myself to get moving. Hoping body acclimates to it and I just get the sleeping better part. :-D

6 weeks out today. High carb day (HCD). I try to double my carbs, while keeping fat to a minimum and protein stays the same. Feeling really full, also seeing as it was HCD I upped my slin to 12.5iu pre workout from 10. Today only. Will prob start dropping that as my carbs start to come down as it gets closer to show time. Stay swoll my friends.

From these gym shots it looks like uve outgrown mens physique my friends. Ur almost even too lean as well at 1.5 months out

I agree you are looking closer to BB than physique. Maybe because you're nice and full, physique guys always look flat to me.
 
Macro wise right now I'm working with 270-300g Protein, 60-70g Fat and 220-240g of carb. I kinda play around with them tho. I'll go real low carb (120ish) on my "off day" (abs, calves, cardio) other days if I"m really going to be going hard and I feel a little flat I'll eat a little extra oatmeal or A pancake.. If i'm using slin that day i'll do around 35g carb for breakfast, pre wo meal will be fat and protein, then pin gh a hr or so after that, slin a hr after that, take in my first shake on way to gym 50g carb with protein/ext, second shake 1 hr later 25g carb w protein/aminos ext. then 1hr later post workout meal with around 70g carb and protein. then I'll have 2 other meals 3 hrs ish apart that are Fat/Protein meals I pick up a few extra carbs with them to fill out my quota for the day. and finish with Casein mixed with some greek yogurt and peanut butter before bed.

Yeah to be honest I dont really care as much about winning the show as I do getting sponsored. I want to be what sponsors want.. not the judges.. also in the past I do come in carb depleted and not carb up to stay flat and cut like a razor.. but for this show I'm going to be as big and freakishly as I can. Fuck it. If I lose I lose being the absolute best Me I can be. and I can live with that.

So after upping Prami (50mcg taken at bedtime) my sleep went to shit.. would only get maybe 3 hrs a night. didn't take it for a couple days and started to sleep HARD.. felt great.. I have just today started to take it again at 25mcg but take it in the morning around breakfast time. we'll see how it goes. I would just stop taking it all together but I did notice some tingles behind my right nip.
Other than that I feel great and couldn't be much happier with how things are going.

Recent leg photo. Had to stand at a odd angel to get a view. 5 weeks out tomorrow. Actually heading to the gym in a few hours to hit these tooth picks. Leg day :-D

So after lowering prami and switching it to AM dosing I have finally been sleeping decently again.. I know ppl say it helps them sleep but not me (which makes sense to me seeing as it raises dopamine, who can sleep while on cocain? not me). .. also had to lower EQ to 200mg a wk because of a mishap in receiving a shipment but it has finally come in so I will be returning EQ to 400mg.
Btw I use all EUROBIO raws for AAS. Euro has always come through for me, They are really great people.
