Hey guys, I'm looking for info on adding Humulin R to my lean bulking regimen. I've been on pharm grade HGH for almost 2 months now and will continue for atleast a year.

I understand the dangers of using insulin, but I know that done right and treated with respect, then it can be very beneficial in adding lean tissue. I'm very regimented and pay close attention to detail and I always take precautions when I use any type of gear. I've done several cycles which has included anything from Tren, to DNP and I've made great strides in my physique. I love the science of all of this stuff and I'm looking to learn more.

*Stats*

I'm 35yrs, 6'1", and I'm weighing in at 195lbs, with an estimated bodyfat of 8-9%, but by Monday I'll be around 191-192, as I'm finishing a DNP run. I also am nearing the end of my cut cycle (3 weeks left), before I reverse diet out to maintenance, then shortly after that I will start my lean bulk.

*current cycle
300mg Tren ace EW
500mg Test EW
300mg Mast EW
3iu Pharm grade HGH
25mcg T3

My goal is to pack on 15-20lbs of lean mass while minimizing fat gain. I don't have a time frame in mind, so if it takes 16 weeks to a year, then so be it.

I want to run insulin post workout, along side my HGH.

I am totally open to suggestion.

I like Gh 1hr pre so it hits post.
Same with R, I hit as soon as I walk in the gym so its hits an hour later.
Right towards the end of the workout you are Primed!
Just add about 2000 cals during this window and you will GROW!

Obviously you are cool with taking in more than 10 grams of carbs per IU then?
 
Whoa!

An additional 2k cals during that window?!?! That sounds excessive. You have done this with minimizing fat gain as well?? I understand the nutrients are shuttled in to the muscle cells, but I'm also being told that the excess cals are stored as fat because your glycogen store, is full... which makes sense to me, but I've also heard that because I'm using HGH at the same time and if the insulin and HGH are at their peaks, simultaneously, that it kind of prevents the fat storage. Do you guys share this same idea?

I was wondering tho, if the calories you're required to eat, during that window were in addition to your lean bulking caloric needs, almost like that window is set aside for extreme nutrient uptake, for immediate repair, and then when that window is shut, it's like you're back to your regularly scheduled program... almost like using a whistle on MARIO Bros 3 haha

I definitely appreciate the response and will consider and compare advices, so thank you very much!

that's the extreme end of things......that's what he does....

but, depending on how much you are using.....I always take enough
to simply EAT NORMALLY.....

the more you take the more food you will need to eat.

Yeah, that does seem extreme. I literally only want to use post workout and maybe up to 10iu of insulin, but alongside my HGH, with matching peak times. I could do a combination of pre-and post workout, but that seems a little more tricky. Not that I'm not up for the challenge, because I'm very cautious...

When do you take yours? What is your protocol? With the nutrition window as well... your method. If you don't mind

what i do and i grow
 
simple R pin right before meal....6 to 8

then eat...(I don't even count the carbs) decent amount
of carbs...

then I either immediately go to the gym.....and if I do
eat immediately after...to catch that second wave....

or I wait 30 to 45 mins......have smaller second carb meal..
normally pound of fruit, 6 egg whites with OJ or almond milk....
then go about 15 minutes after....

nothing crazy....no magic dust

I like to CONTROL my environment....I don't like surprises...

if you begin ANY slin protocol....practice it first....at home....with plenty
of food on hand....get your timing down....then practice some more...

a lot of idiots will spout off about this and that...without even have tried
things themselves.....

I hate talking about slin and protocols for that very reason...
someone will just do whatever they read on here OR WHEREVER.....
and end up in the hospital....

I appreciate this! I'm assuming the typical 8-10 carbs per iu as well?

yes 7-8g carbs per ui. I found 10 is too much. i use aminos with carbs

So if my workouts are closer to 2 hours long, then I should pin both, an hour in to my workout, or still right when I walk in the door, and start my intra workout shake as you have described, and go from there? I think the timing is what I'm most worried about, but I guess that's all of our worries when it comes to insulin haha... how long do you sip on that shake with Size-on? Also, the last one w/ Dark matter you take immediately after your workout, then a more normal meal an hour later, and do you still keep your fats low in that meal? Like under 10g of fat, or lower?

The Hgh should peak at 3hrs so 1 hr pre hits your 2 hr workout.
My workout lasts 1 1/2 hrs and still hits just right.
The slin-r hits an hour in. So right at the end for me. You could maybe wait 1/2 hour in then dose.
Pre on the way to the gym, size-on during and dk matter shake post.
Any thing I want 1 hr later...Fat or not, just no GREASE!!!lol
Normally a beef or burger....
