He's a lot bigger than Ruhl at his age and have better struture (tiny waist, huge quads, but there are some similarities between those two physiques. I hope he won't go Ruhls way

I just can not understand how all these guys stay in damn near completion shape all year and continue to add slabs of muscle. I mean he looks like he's no more than 4 weeks out in this pic insane!

"I´ve been following this meal plan religiously:

1. 6 whole omega eggs, 6 extra egg whites
75g carbs from oatmeal

2. 75gr from brown rice
10oz. steak
2 tps. Mac oil

TRAININGà Shake: 60g Whey isolate, 40g Waxy maize

3. 75gr carbs from rice cakes
55gr protein from egg whites
1/3 cup almonds

4. 60gr carbs from sweet potato
10oz. turkey
2 tps. Mac oil

5. same as 2.

TRAININGà shake see above
21626. same as 3.

7. same as 4.

8 same as 4.

These are the clean meals that I have to eat. On top of that Dave wants me to have 1 pint of ice cream every day and a 9th meal of burger and fries, like Mc D´s for example. His suggested order for me is: “Double quarter pounder with cheese (hold the pickles and onion) with large fries and two apple pies.” I´m not doing the Mc D´s every day, since it would be way too expensive for me, but I definitely get that 9th meal in! A lot of times I´ll visit my mother and have her cook something up for me. A big Schnitzel, meat loaf or something like that. "

as for Roman, he trains almost every day, 2 times a day and if you have watched videos above he trains hard very hard, not even close to pump some blood into the muscle and get out the gym kinda guy. This ontop of all hormones, his young age burns a lot of calories, it is amost impossible to get out of shape

Wow Shelby that's a ton of food around how many calories a day is that? Are you basically pulling out all the stops this offseason in attempts to put on the extra size?

i know alot will disagree with me, but i feel personally a descent dose of growth hormone all year round with the usual anabolics protocols helps alot

diet obvious plays a part, but wouldnt say it fair to put it as a determinant of his physique

Genetics is number one.

I've seen tons of people using tons of stuff and none looks anything like this.

a lot of hgh, peptides, ai, t3 and maybe all year long some low dnp, clen. c mon guys. even amateurs here do stuff like 100mg dnp for months on bulk

id have to disagree with this, i wouldnt consider for a second these guys are on DNP all year round, let alone ametuers,

if they are, id argue its counter productive

Absolute beast. Knows how to train and eat his ass off. Combine good genetics and good AAS. Wow.
 
The kid looks great but there are plenty of 23-27 yr old guys in that states that are just as big and some bigger. These kids are getting bigger and bigger.

Example :
Dallas Mccarver 22yr IFBB PRO
Kid from Missouri : Lukas Duncan (pretty fucking big)
Joel Thomas 27 but big as hell
Dillion Williamson : winning every bros vs. pro super big think he's like 25
Kevin Rainey 24 ( jr national over all winner this year)
Nick Medici looking extremely big lately
Trey Brewer was a freak at 22

And this is just a few that I know of... I'm sure there are thousands of freaky looking guys in their mid 20s across the world.
 
Roman has great shape and in the last couple of years is always very lean.. If he can add the needed mass he is going to be deadly.. He was working with dave palumbo for awhile.. Don't know if he still is..
