Physique girl doses

Just got forwarded the contest protocol for a national level physique girl that I see occasionally.

What these guys are putting these girls on nowadays really does boggle my mind.

Not sure that a lot of these girls actually realize the permanent physical changes that will happen to them until it is already to late.

Is it really all that much? I wonder what the bikini girls take? Makes it tough on girls growing up trying to look like that naturally.

Taking things to look a certain way though certainly isn't new for women. Back in the 70s some swallowed caps filled with tapeworm eggs to stay skinny.

200mg Primo E EW
20mg Proviron ED
10mg Nolva ED
4iu GH ED

Now I know there are some girls that take way MORE than this. Plenty are taking Test, NPP, EQ, Tren etc in large amounts.
This is a contest prep though for someone that is already very lean since they have already done a national show this year.

That's a hefty dose of Var and a really hefty dose of GH for a small girl IMO.
The Primo, Provi and Nolva are pretty standard female competitor doses.

With only 5-10 girls doing BB at the national shows now, and it being dropped at the AC and the O, physique is BB for all intents and purposes now. The girls winning physique now at national and pro shows are seriously jacked and shredded.

My girlfriend does competitions natural. She doesn't place high, but she looks damn good. I knew by the size of some of the other girls shoulders that they had to be on some shit. My girl looks like a girl, not like a guy....I gotta show her this so she can give herself more credit. She thought all the girls there were natural lol.

Ummm... NO, it's not. The email from the well known national coach was fwd to my email and I'm sitting here at my desk looking at it. Nothing hearsay about it buddy.

Not on here guessing what Heath's Mr. O supp protocol is this year, or saying that my wife's brother's second cousin heard from a guy at the gym that XYZ pro was taking the following.

I'm stating what a national prep coach emailed to a girl and then it was fwd to me. Believe whatever you want about it simply being "hearsay".
