Is this guy literally for real? He saying that hes been off completely for a year basically natty status and kept most of his gains........ heres the vid

Maybe he’s speaking from a weight gain only perspective?

I have a buddy who’s kinda like that, he did juice just to get over 200lbs and got to like 210lbs and lost a few lbs but just eats what he has to etc to maintain the weight, not really caring for composition changes...
 
Has he been off for a few years though? Cause this dude came off a year after his PCT; and maintained around 17 inch arms; while on cycle he ran pretty hefty cycle went from 14-18.5 inch arms to like 220lbs I believe and now sitting at 205lbs. Like dont know how thats possible.

Ok yea, he definitely gained some muscle, as what steroids are for with proper training and diet..

So maybe he keeps lifting and eating right... Sounds reasonable to drop 15+lbs or so if you gained 35-40+lbs but still hold on to some muscle..

But I promise you he doesn’t look the same lol

And maybe he’s ok with that, I’m definitely not :eek: (for myself)

Even from legit TRT to Natty there’s huge differences..

Just look at Vitor Belfort for example... 185 TRT vs 185 natty... He looks like dog shit natty.. To a regular person he might look fit or whatever, but on his TRT he looked like Leonidas in real life.

The same can be said for anyone, I’d guarantee it...

Anyone 5’10 and 205lbs for example will look way better at that height/weight on TRT/cycle than natty. Apply that to anyone with any height/weight ratio DOING THINGS CORRECTLY....

Don't use Naps unless you don't mind your personal info getting published online. I always use an alias and never receive at my primary residence, which can be a real pain in the ass. It was all worth it though when I saw my alias on a published Naps list.
 
The problem is that guys equate the look of steroids to muscle.

Steroids increase nitrogen retention, glycogen uptake, and intra muscular water retention...All of this adds to that round, hard look that you get from drugs (even testosterone).

When guys come off, or even go down to TRT from hefty doses, they lose that, but they haven't lost the muscle itself. Just a big portion of what composes it.

Anyone whose gone on TRT from years of gear use will tell you, sure they aren't their strongest, but they aren't THAT much weaker than when they were off (neurological adaptations to high load have already taken place in a way).

Now coming off completely is a personal decision and TRT is still a big advantage over this, but the minute the drugs are added back, you'll gain back that look pretty fast.

How much you hold is up to your training, diet, genetic limit, years spent training naturally...

Yeah it’s easily possible. He’s not that big so easy to maintain. Steroids are not magic they build real muscle. The bigger you get the harder it is to keep. Guys that say you can’t keep gains probably have shit genetics or are lazy so they assume or want to believe everybody else is the same. Now if the guy was a ripped 250lbs it wouldn’t be beleivable.
 
yeah I mean yes he probably lost a lot of size gained bodyfat; but the fact that he has all this new muscle compared to what he was with 14 inch arms and now 17.5 pretty impressive that he kept all the gains for the fact that he did this all in less than a year. So it looks like gear helps you put on more muscle in the long run rather than doing it natty even if you come off completely and dont TRT besides all the side effects. Any1 on here have similar results where they hopped on gear did PCT and never went back on for a few years and kept their gains? I literally thought every1 lost their gains or 90% of them even on PCT once they were off past 6-12 months clean.

If those 2 factors are consistent year-round, the difference between on and off can be minimal.
 
Did this guy really say he gained 4-4.5” on his arms in one cycle. Come on now.
 
not one cycle believe his first was superdrol; then he did test and a few others; I mean if he gained alot of bloat, muscle and some bodyfat I wouldnt be suprised. I went from 14-18 inch fatceps naturally in a year when I was 16-17 dirty bulking and taking size on :) But maintaining 35lbs of mass even though its water,muscle and some bodyfat come on; even if you were below genetic potential thats got to be hard. Another example of someone who did a cycle posted this on reddit; lost almost all his gains, kept working out took pct etc.

I mean they dont look full and vascular like you would be when your enhanced but looks like natty arms to me; cause mine are shaped similar at 10-13% bodyfat.
 
It took me 2 yeqrs to put on 35lbs of muscle before using any PEDS. If he was using AS I hope it took him a lot shorter amount of time to accomplish it. Seems like he could have gotten there with a lttle consistency and discipline.
 
Last year I came off, cold turkey for 5-6 months. Maintained my weight and size fairly well. For sure had some strength losses and fat gain, but didn’t get too far off track. Stayed around the 230-240 mark at 5’9”.

Jumped back on and added in gh for a bit, four months later I was 255-260 and looked much leaner than the 230-240 mark. Been on trt at 100 mg a week for 8 weeks now, and diets gone to poop; relatively same weight, just more fat and the pump isn’t as nice without gh.

I was 210 before I ever touched gear, thankfully I hold my weight rather well when completely off.

its a mental thing for sure. you go harder cuz of gear, the psychological part of gear is huge. studies have shown dudes getting steroid strong thinkin they're on gear but its placebo.
when i got off i was the same. numbers aint goin up every week, losing that lean veiny look...so fuck it.
but if u still go hard but lower volume u can keep alot, from my experience. and if u go back on u get it all back. good article about that here.
