Foam / rubber tubular shape cushion for the bar

I was using a pair of tubular shaped black and yellow foam grips for the bar.
They were in the same shape as "fat grips". {https://www.amazon.com/Fat-Gripz-Ultimate-Diameter-Original/dp/B005FIS14Y/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1545098394&sr=8-3&keywords=fat+grips} but they weren't as thick. Basically just a cushion that came in handy when doing dips because it relieved the pain in my palm.

Anybody know of something like that?? Not looking to make the diameter of the bar bigger..just want the cushion.
I've used the regular old square rubber ones like this {https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071NLC98...afb7-3849c62c8fcd&ie=UTF8&qid=1545097540&sr=3 }
But the tube shaped ones provided way more cushion.

Would foam pipe insulation work?
It's cheap, but I don't know how long it would hold up.

Or small pool noodles.

Sponges are the best for everything, including holding the bar. No need for gloves or chalk.

Hmmm..hadn't thought of pipe insulation tubing...might try that.
This product was made for weightlifting tho.
Wish I didnt loose it
