I used HMG and HCG on cycle and got my wife pregnant twice, first one was a miscarriage and 2nd one was a healthy baby boy.

6 years of unprotected sex, on steroids continuously for 8 years. My blood work had my LH at dead zero. Only ran this protocol twice and she got pregnant both times.

HMG: 75iu EOD for 3 weeks ending when she was peak fertile
HCG: 1000iu EOD for 3 weeks ending when she was peak fertile
Clomid (only cause I had it): 100mg a day for 2 weeks ending when she was peak fertile.

Have zero reason to believe this is optimal, but it worked for me twice.

A lot of us fathered children during cycles with no problems. Both times my wife went off birth control she was pregnant within 2 months tops. Each time I was doing a decent sized cycle of testosterone and tren with EQ too I believe. Unless you are already having trouble conceiving I would not assume you are going to have trouble.

I came off all steroids including testosterone. I used 5000ius hcg split 3 times/week (1,667ius m-w-f) and 75ius hmg on mon and fri only for the first 4 weeks.This was my protocol both times.

Funny enough my first child was born just under 48 hours ago. My lh and fsh have been at 0 as I’ve been doing trt/ blasting for 2.5 years. I was on a contest prep cycle when she got pregnant. So I would just try as you are first make sure all this is needed

To be fair, it is actually Mike Arnolds Protocol. Bostin got it from MA and then used it with sucess and posted a video about it, leaking out his protocol.

He posted it before after bostin let it out on here, it is.

M/W/F- 75 iu HMG
Tues/Thurs/Sat- 2000 iu HCG

He states that you can use this protocol on or off cycle, as the HMG will bypass the first two stages of the HPTA and goes directly to the testes.

He also stated that HCG and HMG have a syngeristic effect but if $$$ was an issue, he said he would go with HMG as it directly works on spermatogenesis.

And MA has reports of alot of success with alot of people using this protocol.


I will say that I know quite a few people that have conceived while on cycle, myself being one. I have been blasting and cruising since 2014, and I decided to come off to try to restart my HPTA. I came off for two months plus and then decided to get back on as my test was still low but possibly still recovering. About a month or so after being back on I accidentally got my fiance pregnant which had never happen before. What I am thinking what happened is that I let my body come back online to where I was fertile again and even though I got back on cycle I still had a high enough sperm count to get her pregnant. I do believe on cycle or on TRT my sperm is low and my chances to get her pregnant are slim to none.

A protocol similar to the one MA posted has worked for me twice in the past so anyone should do well with it. Once in 2008 and once a couple of years ago.

Yes, I came off everything since my count came back at zero back in 2008. It took about 3-4 months for my count to get up to about 40million per ml and then 5-6 more to conceive but that's because my wife had issues.

The second time I added HGH to the HCG and HMG and my count was over 300million after a few months! We didn't conceive and have pretty much stopped trying due to my wife's endometriosis.

But just because I came off doesn't mean you need to. I just felt it was the right thing for me to do and I have never been on any formal TRT.

I have not got my count done while on cycle or TRT, but I did conceive accidentally when I came off everything cold turkey for 2 plus months, then hopped back on TRT and a month later accidentally conceived probably because my count was higher is what im assuming. I do want to get my check done now while on TRT but its not as easy as ordering a blood panel off directlabs.

Also from what ive read and heard, 15-20 million is needed for a high rate pregnancy.

Im wondering if the hgh did anything in regards to sperm count or if the hcg and hmg continued to do its job of increasing sperm count and would have gone to 300 million regardless if you added it or not. Hm.

I came off everything cold turkey for about 10 months. Finally couldn’t take it anymore. Felt crappy all the time with zero sex drive. It’s hard to conceive a child when you have no interest in sex. So I hopped back on low dose test/mast/eq with hcg m/w/f. Got sperm tested a month later and count was good but motility was low. Wife found something called a moon cup that she puts inside of her after sex and it basically keeps the semen from leaking out. We got pregnant the first time we tried it. I wish we would have known about that before all the wasted money at the fertility clinic. My wife also has PCOS so we were starting to lose hope at one point. I suggest anyone trying to conceive to look into the moon cup. Best of luck to you.

None are helping you LH, FSH, or sperm count. You wanna be kinda "on" while getting sperm back? Add in nolvadex, clomid 50mg/day to the other 2. It takes around 70 days for sperm to grow. Your gonna be miserable but that`s how it is. A friend did it and a week before 72 days he had like 5 sperm on slide. A week later it was like a crazy ant farm, everything swimming. The whole time leading up he was a cranky bitch! He bought his own cheap microscope and viewed them but he is also a PA.
