anyone check out the line-up for this show. holy shit professional bodybuilding is going straight down the crapper. phil, get a tan you can take this one without even coming out of retirement.

i remember when the night of champions was one of the top shows.

Kai Greene is going to hard to beat.

because the nightof champions was a highly respected show. When Demilia left the IFBB he took the name and rights to the NOC with him to PDI. One of the many problems I see with bodybuilding is that every show is just a pro show. Except the the olympia, Arnold and Iron man none of the shows have any flair or personality of thier own. Giving each show a flashy name would be a start. Like night of champions, or have a show in Miami and call it " king of the beach" or a show in Washington DC and call it "Revolution" or something. Give promoters something to use to catch interest. Not just the "charlotte pro" or colorado pro" or" NY Pro". Sounds like the promoter was too lazy to come up with a name.

Pretty 'unknown' lineup u could say. I didnt think kai greene was competing? if so, then ya, i dont see anyone beating him, but if hes not, maybe we could see ronny rockel win his first pro show if he dials it in. i think he has a very underrated physique.

Before Kai turned Pro he lived down here in florida. He only rested from the time it took to get to his next movment. (he alternated muscle groups) He's probably not still doing handstand push ups, huh? If he is, that's a hell of alot of bodyweight know.

He was still doing the handstands as of a week or two ago.. I know on his latest training clip on MDTV he was doing handstand pushups I believe. I recall that he either broke or dislocated his finger in the past doing this exercise with his offseason weight

Ya lynx, I looked at that same list you did. Its confusing, because on that list it doesnt say kai is doing it, but they have a 'in the trenches' on MD recently of kai getting ready for the NY pro, so i guess he is? no idea.

Nathans a good friend of mine, Ill see if I can get him to post here and share some of his experiences. (not sure if hes all that computer savvy )

Ive seen allot of big guys in my day, but I have never seen anyone in the condition this guy is in year round. he is literally never over 5% bf at any point during the year.

Anyways it was good to see his name here.
