Currently 12 weeks out from my third show. I'm doing the Branch Warren Championships in Omaha October 15th.

About me:
I'm 41 years old and been training hard for about 6 years. I lifted pretty seriously as a teen hoping to compete, then got into the party scene and it went to the wayside. During my divorce I needed an outlet to take out some aggression and destress. Then got bit by the bug again. Diet has only been good for 2 1/2 years and went from a gym rat to following an actual bodybuilding lifestyle.

I'm 5'4" and was sitting at 207 at 20 weeks out. I was 185.6 this morning. Things are coming together pretty well. Way better than last year.

I'll document my workouts, post some progress pics and diet as I move forward.
 
Current sups:

T400 blend: 1cc monday, 1/2 cc wed, 1cc friday
Npp 200: 1/2 cc every day

Mk 677: 25mg every night
IGF Lr3: 60mcg split bilateraly for 4 weeks (just replaced CJC Dac with this to take a break from it)
Metformin: 1g split meal 1 and meal 5

Helios: 1cc/day with additional 6mg yohimbine 2x/day 1 week on/1week off
ECY on off week

synthetine 2cc every morning. Did 2iu novalin r with it the first 50 days
 
Had a skip load this morning consisting of 1cup Kodiak Cakes pancakes loaded with banana.

I currently Skip load Sunday mornings for meal one so guess you could consider it a 3 hour Skip load. Been hitting baseline every Wednesday so far.

Other than that my current diet is
Training day:
meal 1 50g pro/25c/0fat
intra workout 25g hbcd with 5g bcaa
meal 2 post workout 50g pro/75g carbs
meal 3 50g pro/50g carbs/0 fat
meal 4 50g pro/25g carbs/0 fat
meal 5 50g pro/25g carbs/0 fat
meal 6 50g pro/16g fat

Non training day:
meal 1 50g pro/16g fat
meal 2-5 50g pro/20g carb
meal 6 50g pro/16g fat

30 mins hiit Mon/Wed/Fri
30 mins fasted liss Tue/Sat
 
Today I trained legs

lying leg curls 6x12
banded leg press worked up to a hard 8 then did 4x8
smith lunges 4x10
front squats 4x8
leg extension 3x12
sldl 2x20
adductor machine 3x12

calf superset 4 rounds
tibia raises with band followed by standing leg raises

ab work 6 sets

Thanks D. I've been working really hard on my back this year as well as my side and rear delts. Not where I want to be but I've made pretty good progress.

oh its thick too....chest is behind alittle....tris look to be
overpowering....i have the same problem.

back is wide....need some thickness.

round those delts out more...

howd you do in the other 2 shows...??
 
Your quads have some nice thickness to them, you can tell you have put in the work!! Keep it up brother!

Thanks for the feedback.

First one I didn't have much muscle. I dropped 55 lbs of fat and it was pretty eye opening as to what I really had. I took 5th in novice, 5th in masters and believe 6th in open. Almost last place really in every division. Second show I took 3rd in all three. I'll see if I can find pics. Conditioning cost me last year. I stalled out and felt like shit. Couldn't sleep. Too much tren and found out I had sleep apnea soon after the show. I have a cpap now and sleep great. I'll be using less tren this time... 525mg/wk was dumb first time on it.

Constructive criticism, I have to agree with tennys above post. In the past comp pics you look good, but need to be leaner and could definitely be harder. Likely it's a food issue rather than a drug or training issue.

Definitely, I completely agree. I ran out of gas last year and just didn't execute well. I'm in a much better place this year mentally and physically.
I weighed in at 171 last year.
I am working with someone. He is a member here but doesn't really post here anymore. IM is his forum. I will say Chad and Kim Nichols presented him the coach of the year award back in May for their region.
 
Woke up to a diet change today. All protein except post wo is now 40g. Dropped intra carbs

This morning's session:

flat db press: several warmups then increase weight until I couldn't hit 10 reps
started at 70s ended at 130s

incline smith: 3x6

dips: 4xfailure
supersetted with
machine fly: 4x10-12

rope push downs: 5x10
supersetted with
close grip pushups: 5xfailure

wide grip pullups: 4xfailure
supersetted with
banded rear delt pulls: 4x10-12

laterals: 4x15-8

ab work then 30mins of hiit on the eliptical
