Before beginning of the journey:

Weight: 207lb
Body Fat: 28%
Testosterone Total: 334 (250-827)
Testosterone Free: 6.8 (7.2-24)
IGF-1: 96 (50-317)

I've made drastic change in my diet. No starch, no simple carbs, no fats, lean protein only, no carbonated drinks.
I've had my first 1IU HGH on 01/15/18

I am interested in your opinion. There are many different opinions and I do not claim to be 100% correct in my conclusions.
 
So today was a pretty good workout.
It was chest and biceps for which there was a lot of work. I understand some of my mistakes and I already know how to fix it.
Despite the fact that I'm tired, I feel fine.
 
I just got back from the gym, workout went really well, my body was feeling tired and moderately sore so today I just winged it, did some core work, hit the forearms and called it good. left the gym and my joints are feeling a little better as well.
 
A little curious about your diet. Are you on a low carb, low fat, protein only plan? I noticed you said no fats, no starches, no sugar, etc. Just seeking some clarification. Thanks.
 
If I was to use HGH with Peptides then I would do 2iu a day, seems that a lot of experienced do this. Are you going to use more besides this?
Will be trying them out sometime when my finances are a little better.

I have this in my plans, but for now I want to see the result of training with the hormone.
At the moment, I feel great and very satisfied with my results.

I guess I should have told more about your nutrition right away.
At first, i need say i every day normalize my diet, I follow my own health and correct.
I am a big proponent of upping protein and manipulating carbs for losing weight (this is what works for me).
 
I must say that today I noticed an improvement in terms of my weight. Probably, those things that I do are right. Weight moves to desired, and it can not but rejoice, I like the action of the hormone, without which my results were previously disappointing.

Don't worry about the compounds... hgh etc... what are you doing otherwise? Me personally I like to have at least a few months in the gym prior to starting to blast (add compounds). How long have you been working out? When you say you workout everyday hard - are you splitting body parts? Doing cardio, etc. Most importantly what are your goals? Is there a certain weight bf % you want to get to??

I use hormone from the guy HGHPower (Kefei) And i didn't specify the sponsor because it might look like an ad...

I'm new to this area ... Yes, I split the body parts and do cardio every morning. But now I'm a bit skeptical about the training every day, I told that the results could be better. I am engaged in this for myself and I'd like to have a strong body.
 
My training

Chest/Triceps -
3 x 12 Incline dumbbell press
3 x 10 Decline bench
5 x 12 flies (assorted variation)
2 x failure chest dips

3 x 10 overhead tricep extension
3 x 12 underhand tricep pushdown

Back/Biceps -
3 x 8 lat pulldown
2 x failure wide chinups
3 x 10 t-bar row
2 x 8 bent row
3 x 10 dumbbell shrugs

3 x 12 alternating curls on an incline bench
2 x 10 preacher curls

Legs -
4 x 6-8 squats
2 x 8 stiff leg deadlifts
2 x 15 leg extension
2 x 15 leg curls

Shoulders/Calves -
4 x 6-8 OHP
2 x 10 lateral raises
3 x 8 front raises
3 x 10 facepulls

calf raises until I cant walk

Chest #2 -
3 x 8 incline bench
3 x 10 seated flies
2 x 10 cable flies

I'm eating 3k cals, I used the long guide in the nutrition section to calculate macros and micros.

I also use the kefei, and I started using it 4-5ui. Your dosage, as for me, is a little.
