Logging for advice/tips/education/motivation to jump a weight class in 2012
Natural competitor for many years
Ass kicked in NPC, eye opening experience, realizing I do not want to be a big fish in a little pond.
Jumping head first into the pool and trying to get to be a heavyweight next spring/summer
Competitive background is mostly nga,mm,nanbf. couple small npc, and nabba.
Stayed with the organizations for a little while longer:
Last show I won overall, but I feel like there was nobody there
I guess it is never good enough, but I have been trying to wrap my head around the concept of you can only beat the teams on your schedule
Training 4x wk
I don't know if you could call it dc, or h.i.t., but I work up to my 1 working set, and try to beat my log book each week. I do throw in high volume techniques here and there like 8x8, and do extreme stretches so it really doesn't fit into one nice category of training style. little bit of a combo

Mon: Back
tues ff
Wed: Chest
thurs: BI/tri
Fri: off
Sat: legs/calves
Sometimes do shoulders on mon or wed depending on how they are feeling
try and do abs every Wed as well
currently doing some research w/some peptides rp- 2/ cjc 95 am/pwo/pm
and learning about this 191 aa sequence stuff 2.5 am and pwo 5 x per week(only been 2 weeks)
Studying for all these Tests I have had to increase to 300 minutes 2x per week and will continue that until I get my grades up
My weight in the evenings right now is holding steady @219 for the last 2 weeks
I would like to get it up to 230 -240, but my food intake prob doesn't, or will not allow that to happen really fast
6-7 meals
50 -60 grams protein per meal daily-300-400 grm
@ 50 carbs with the first 3 meals-pwo @200 carbs, sometimes more, last 2 maybe 75 more carbs total daily-400 gr
15-20 fat 3-4 meals per day none postworkout - daily 70 gr
Saturday eat as many carbs as I want/need (1000-1500gr), protein not as high, fat is minimal, kind of like a skipload
