I'm still trying to cut some more Body fat before the end of this fall. An still put on some size

This is what im thinking about running.

Roughly 12 weeks. Wondering what you all would suggest.

TREN ENANTHATE 200MG- 2- 10mil vial
MASTERONE ENANTHATE 200MG- 2-10ml vial
TRI-CUT BLEND TREN A 50 MAST P 50 TEST P 50- -10ml vial
WINNY 25MG- 1 60 pills

Like to have things well planed out ahead of time.

Current stats

6'6 255lbs
13% bf
34 waist.
18.5" arms

Here's a picture to give an idea that I have been working hard an not BS. Not just using to use like some.


I seriously want to compete next year!

If you would like I can post up my current diet. It's been a hit an miss with that of course with working 12hrs a day. One week I'll be dang near 100% then the next ill miss a meal or 2 durring the week.


Pct help would be nice to.

This is what I would do. It's probably more aggressive than most people here would recommend, but you said you want to win next year. That means you need to put on a lot of lean mass in a short amount of time.

Pharm HGH

This will get you lean and dry.

Diet would look something like this:
Meal 1: egg whites/whole eggs
Meal 2: protein shake
Meal 3: chicken, rice, banana
Meal 4: chicken or beef, rice, banana
Meal 5: chicken or beef, rice, banana
Meal 6: sushi, salmon, etc
Meal 6: protein shake
Meal 7: sirloin/ny strip steak

No cardio needed. This isn't a contest prep diet, this is a diet to put on lean mass. If you're taking the drugs listed above you will not put on fat.

As far as AAS:
test (no more than 1g a week)
mast
tren
eq

As far as training, just lift heavy 4-5 times a week. Do all of this for 6 months and you will see a significant transformation. You can get down to 6-7% like this. To get lower you'll need to tighten up the diet. You don't need to eat ultra clean year round. Something like the diet above is clean enough. If you really want to blow up you can add insulin as well, but I would only recommend this if you are running pharm HGH.

The diet you posted is really close to what I am at right now. Not that much banana though lol.

What would you dose what I have currently as a cycle.

And I do have some Pharma HGH coming only a months work at the moment till I can get some more $$ saved up for it.

Is that what you already have on hand or what you were planning on ordering? I wasn't sure. If that's what you have to work with I would say run 400mg Tren E EW, 400mg Mast E EW, .5cc Tri-Cut Blend ED, 50mg Winny ED. And however much pharm HGH you can afford.

Yeah that was a post I put on another site before I order an didn't get much help on advice. (Not as much traffic on there)

I do have it now. I'm going to try to get more HGH.

It's supposed to be the real deal.

I would go ahead and add 50mg ED (or 100mg EOD) and work your way up as your progress stalls.
 
What does your current nutrition plan look like. The more whole food you eat and less protein shakes the better. Your body absorbs the shakes much faster than whole food resulting in more calories burned when eating whole food
