Anavar and abnormal bleeding

I have been looking into this and can't really find anything but a few odd ball posts. My wife is 25, 101lbs, 5ft and has been using some liquid anavar at 5mg a daily for two weeks. At about 8 days she started bleeding and has not stopped yet. She says it is a little more than her usual monthly. She had just had her period before she started. Is this ok, not good, etc. I know it is due to hormones but what course of action should she take?

Yes. var is not suppressive enough to completely stop her period and its probably the androgen/estrogen balance that makes her body think she's in her period. Don't quote me on that just a theory lol

That's interesting...I took var for about 10 weeks and never experienced that. Could be her bodies way of getting used to the hormone level change but if it's still going on for more than a week I would stop taking it. Everyone reacts differently to stuff. Mayb even try a lower dosage

I have done two dif cycles of var and had the completely opposite effect. Took almost a full month to get my cycle back.

Old thread but I'll add that my fiance experienced the same as above. Her period stopped and it took a full month for her to get it back after she came off cycle...
