Dermablend??

I have a small tattoo on my back in an assymetrical position. I haven't covered it up in the past, but I have a show coming up next week and am thinking about using dermablend. I don't know anything about it or where to get it. Would I put in on before or after the pro-tan? How do I match the coloration?

Depending on what color of stage tan you use, golden bronze or reddish tan would probably work. It is simply a very thick concealer. I get mine at ULTA. Not sure where you live though. Apply it the day of your comp after your protan is complete. You may need to put a tiny bit of protan over it just to perfectly match if it doesn't.

Hey Girls, could ya help me out here?? I have a tattoo on my hand that I did when I was young..Now that I am in business and deal w corporate america it is not so cool...showing up at a customer site in a suit and tie with a tatt on my hand makes me a little self concious...the othe ones I have are covered by my clothes...I usually cover it up with a flesh colored band-aid (the fabric kind) I cut out the middle and just use the sticky parts to cover it up...Could I use derma blend on my hand to cover it???
Never eard of it b4...Do you think it would not rub off??

Hi ladies, I am a professional Make-up Artist/Esthetican and I also work for a Plastic Surgeon. I have had experience with dermablend and a new product called Lycogel which I love. I have had to show client/patients how to cover unsightly scars, redness, tatoos etc. The main thing to remember is to buy 2 or more colors and blend them together to reach a natural look. Never use a product lighter than you natural skin color because that will stick out like a sore thumb. Dermablend is available at any large beauty supply store. Lyco Gel is only available through a Dermatolgist or Plastic Surgeons office. good Luck and if you have any other questions I would love to help.
