please help with clen

please can anyone of you pros tell me how to take clen.it's for my wife not for me.they tell me so many ways i dont know wish one to do.they tell me 2 days on 2 days off.or 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.also how many pill a day dose she take.please help.also how long 1 month 2 month or what i have no clue.i know everything about gear but when it comes to clen i'm a dummy.thanks in advace for your help.

There is a lot of info out there on it. I did a search and found TONS of info on it. Why not just ECA?
