hmmm I'm a national level competitor and I've never heard of using "amp" for a show. What is it exactly... cyclic amp? if so how do you use it and whats its pupose, i'd like to hear more.

Andenosine Mono Phosphate. I believe it was originally designed to give to race horses to get them jacked up!

It increases oxygen uptake, which makes you very vascular! As a side benefit, it help keeps you from cramping.
