Hi ladies:

I got some great feed back from several of you in the Member Pics forum and really appreciate it. I've decided to go ahead and prepare for a small competition in Sept. which will be my first. With regard to posing, I was wondering how you felt about clinics or what my options might be. If clinics are the way to go, are any of you aware of a good one in SoCal? Any other suggestions? Thanks so much for your help!

Hi abm7470, I think that if you can find a clinic put on by someone who knows how to pose then it would be beneficial for you. There are also DVD's out there that you can buy to practice at home.

Looks like Figure Pro, Meriza DeGuzman does clinics (I think in San Diego?) & also has a DVD:

Also have you checked out any fitness camps? I've never gone to one, but they look like they're fun and filled with great information about dieting, competing, and posing.
