Hi Guys,

First time user of Hgh. Figured I would share my log. When I did my research prior to starting it was hard to find exact time frames for different results other than the typical 6 months is when you see a difference statement. I found that is not true. There are many things you’ll feel rather quickly like sleep improvements, energy, fat loss etc. Using ACE brand 4iu daily but ramped up to 7 iu for 3 weeks at one point and experienced a pretty noticeable recomp from that. I think it was a combination of time used at that point and the increase that turned my body into a recomping machine. Lol. Anyways see below for details. 38 years old, 5’11.

Week 1 - 4iu mon-fri , 3 days in started sleeping solid and needed less sleep. Started waking up before my alarm fully rested. I had sleep issues prior that were negatively affecting my day to day life and that was resolved within the first week of starting.

Week 2- same dosing schedule as week one. Sleep continued to improve, very detailed, vivid dreams. Started to experience daily burst of energy and motivation to perform tasks and chores around the house and at work.

Week 3 - same dosing schedule. Sleep, energy improvements, fat loss becoming noticeable. At this point I’m feeling really good and well rested, recovery is fast, never sore. Shoulder joint was sore prior to starting and now that is gone.

Week 4- upped the dose as an experiment from 4iu 5 days a week to 7 iu ed since It was my first go at gh. I Split the dose a.m. , pm. This is where my energy and recovery becomes ridiculous. I have so much energy I start twice a day training on the weekends. Fat loss this week is surprising. I go from outline of abs to visible abs. I was close anyways but very dramatic. The next 3 weeks I experience a recomp I can’t really have anticipated with the only change being the dose. ACE GMP used. ACE has my pics if they want to use them for anything. All credit for the recomp so far goes to ACE hgh because that’s the only variable I changed. I’m a little off from my avatar right now. I took some time,off to clean out and relax. When I stated back up I included ACE hgh. I’ll continue to log and document my progress until I hit my goal which is to surpass my avatar pic in size and leanness. Not looking to be in contest shape just ripped for summer. Hat goes off to ACE for providing a legit , high quality hgh for a first timer. That would have been horrible to get scammed my first attempted at hgh.
 
Also like to share quickly my wife’s experience although she isn’t doing a log. So my wife has been healing from a work related injury. She’s had surgery on her lower back and she’s been nursing a torn rotator cuff, torn hip, wrist hair line fracture and some soft issue muscular strains. Because of her injuries sleep has been difficult as well. After week 1 she was sleeping solid during the night. After week 4 she finally had her first morning where she woke up pain free. She also has the energy increases and all that but in her case the sleep and injury recovery aspect of hgh therapy was a huge improvement in her life. She dosed 2 iu Monday -Friday . She’s continuing hgh therapy for sleep and her injury recovery. I’ll post anything in the future that she mentions. I know she’s excited about the wrinkle reduction possibilities and other anti aging effects although she’s only 32 and in great shape. 5’7 125lbs. She’s using ACE brand hgh as well.

Both. I received black to start then blue a couple times and black again. I can’t tell the difference. The last one I just finished when I upped the dose was blue top at 7iu. Thanks for following.

We have GMP Quality (either blue or black tops and always with writing on the tops) and Pharma Quality which is always a blue top without any writing.

Yep, been using the blue and black top GMP with the writing on top. Although I’m going to switch to the Pharma grade 99% to give that a try as well. I’ll log the differences I feel or see between the GMP and pharma grade.
 
I have a pool event coming up on Saturday so I stopped the hgh for a couple of days in effort to drop any water retention caused by hgh. Last night I reverted right back to the sleep issues I was experiencing prior to starting the hgh regimen. I woke up every hour and feel exhausted today. If I don’t see a noticeable change in water rention in a couple of days I’m going to jump back on before Saturday. I got spoiled sleeping so well while on hgh. I’m curious what else I’ll notice while being off for a week. I have no energy today but I blame that on the sleep issue. I am a little tighter in my lower abdomen, I can see my lower abs now which could be the water retention going away. Again no change in other variables other than pausing the hgh. To summarize so far while temporarily pausing the hgh usage, sleeping crappy, lacking energy, lost some lower abdomen water retention.
 
Ok, time to check in. So I'm 4 days off hgh to see what kind of water retention I will drop. So far its been minimal. I don't think I hold much water on ACE brand HGH. I seemed like I did when I started but then it became less over time. I attached a picture log of progress starting 3 weeks ago. I took time off of PEDs and the gym to clean out and get healthy. I got a little fat and out of shape. My goal is to get in better shape than my avatar and achieve the best look I can for me. Also, I have been battling peptide induced prolactin related fat deposits around my chest and the only way it goes away is to get really lean. The doctor said its not gland so I can get lipo or just get really lean. I'm going to jump back on hgh if I don't lose any additional water or on Saturday for sure after my pool event. I cant wait to jump back on because the sleep and energy improvements I really need right now. I hate not sleeping well. As for the picture log I made some good progress in 3 weeks just by increasing my dose of ACE hgh from 4iu 5 days a week to 7iu ed. I was shocked how fast the fat fell off with that being the only variable I changed. I put a side by side in my picture log of 3 weeks ago to current as well as my last day on hgh to current to identify the water drop in 4 days pf pausing hgh usage. Thanks.

Hey guys. I have a life lesson to teach you by my own dumb ass experience. Don't use sterile water with your peptides. All it took was one vial with the wrong water to get infections on my lower abdomen around my belly button where I shot the peps that week. every spot turn dark and discolored. Pharma grade BA is all I use now. I have to get laser treatment now to fade the dead cells under the skin. You'll notice the areas I shot in the pictures.
 
Attached is what I want to beat look wise. These are from a calendar I participated in a couple years back. Don't make fun of it, was an eye candy type calendar for females so they glittered it up a little. I cropped the pics a little so my face would be hidden and all that. I wasn't all that lean in the pics but they weren't looking for bodybuilder ripped. I want to get to that HGH dry, full look and will not stop until I get there. You guys can follow my progress I hope as I'll post pics along with my progress so that you can see the effects for the HGH for fat loss at least. I'm hoping in a couple of months I'll see the muscle building effects by the new muscle cells enlarging.

Great log brother. And by the looks of the pictures, you're well on your way to achieving your goals. And Ace has the right stuff to help you get there. Sucks on the infection though. BAC water the only way to go. Keep up solid work👍

Thanks man. Yeah, I got lucky finding ACE my first run on Hgh. Definitely sucks that I was dumb enough to take a chance with sterile water but I’ll get that fixed. I’m excited about the progress so far and looking forward to,the upcoming month.
 
Another progress comparison from 3 weeks ago to now using ACE hgh. Definite hardening and vascularity improvements hgh brought out.

Update. I'm 5 days off hgh in effort to drop water retention. I lost a pound of water but less full. It seems like most of the water depleted from the muscles instead of under the skin. I don't see a need to continue trying to drop water since its so minimal. This has been a good opportunity for me to better understand how HGH makes me feel on a daily basis. It's like the saying " you don't know what you miss until its gone". Well, I miss sleeping solid every night, I miss needing less sleep, I miss recovering from my workouts so fast I can train twice a day, I miss the energy increases throughout the day and the drive to just do something. Jumping back on today and will continue to document my progress. Hopefully the next 3 weeks will be just as dramatic as the previous. 7iu offered a pretty dramatic result for me. 4iu gave me all the same benefits such as sleep, recovery, energy , mood, etc. 7iu just made the fat loss more pronounced. I'm focused on fat loss right now so the 7iu dosing schedule is where its at for me right now. Once I hit my bf goal I'll go back down to 4iu, 5 days a week since that dosing gave me all the results and I wont need the rapid fat loss. I'll settle for increased fat loss to help me maintain at 4iu when I get to my goal.

Thanks Capin. I want to get as much info out there on real time hgh results as possible. It was hard for me to get real examples of people using hgh with visual progress when I was researching hgh. My diet looks like this. Diets been the same for about 12 weeks. PED below diet. PED hasn’t changed since before hgh usage started. I was clean on nothing for a while trying to get everything reset and healthy.

Monday , Tuesday, Wednesday
1. 6oz shredded chicken in green enchilada sauce
2. Protein pudding low carb MHP
3. 6 oz shredded chicken in green enchilada sauce
4. Protein shake 2 scoops in water
5. 6 oz steak

Thursday, Friday
1. 3 x chicken soft tacos just lettuce , ketchup
2. BSN protein syntha 6 bar
3. 6oz teriyaki chicken, 1 cup white rice
4. 2scoop protein shake in milk, 1 cup oatmeal

Saturday , Sunday
1. 2 scoop protein shake, 1 cup oatmeal
2. Turkey sandwich on bagel, 4 oz turkey, no cheese
3. Cheat, like waba or rubios
4. 2 scoop protein shake in milk, bowl or two of cereal. Usually cocoa pebbles

Update. I took a couple of days off the hgh . I dropped minimal water so I jumped back on last night and I slept better. It doesn't seem like a couple of days break does anything to make you start over to see the same results you were seeing before the break. I feel much better today, I look forward to the next week of progress. The last 5 days off slowed down my progress a bit. Not experiencing the same dramatic result. Now that Im back on I'll be excited to see the visual progress over the next 2-3 weeks.
 
Sleeping awesome again, losing fat, have energy and all the good stuff. My wife took a couple of days off sat, sun, mon and she was begging to get back on. After day 3 off she had an energy decrease, sleeping worse, in more pain etc. She got back on and she felt much better. You don't really know how well HGH is working until you take a little time off.
