howd dennis wolf bring up his lats ?

ive noticed dennis wolf was able to bring up his lats dramatically. i understand stretching would help . but do you believe its a lot of syntherol to stretch the muscle fascia ?.

ive completed a syntherol cycle in my lats and had nothing but pain and swelling for 30days, i did proper protocol . upper, middle , lower lats 1ml 10 day,2ml 10day, 3ml 10day and 6 week maintainance . and massage by wife everyday 30mins , anyway it tightened my back up so i couldn't flare my lats for a few months-so worked against me. it looked huge when it was swallon but lost it all after the maintainace had finished ?

anyone had success with syntherol in lats ?

i did triceps also with syntherol my body responded well and kept natural shape.

i have loads 5 bottle syntherol left and might just do triceps again but i need my lats to come up.... sucks
 
Probably upped his slin/hgh/Aas dose.
Mabye myostatinblockers :p Who knows :eek:
 
i cant believe you actually injected all up and down your lats... thats crazy

Although he could be using syntherol and lr3 etc :D
 
not only his lats, but even his outer sweep.
at his level its a combination of more frequent training, synethrol and igf.
of course insulin and carbs could be higher on the days he trains his lats

LOL! Now there's a concept...imagine that...learning and training smarter and harder.:D
 
Best advice for lats is from Tony Pearson:
-Dumbbell rows
-Barbell rows
-T-bar rows

Micro injects of Igf1-Lr3 and syntherol definitely help.
 
He pose different at the last olympia.. And he was full that is why his back Looked better.. His training is just straith sets nothing fancy

Yeah he's made improvements every where. Not just lats. I think it's prolly more to do with muscle maturity than anything else
 
He got bigger everywhere. Never had poor lats or a poor quad sweep.
 
He didn't....

He actually looked better in 07 than he did now, he was more streamlined/aesthetic and his back looked just as good if not better.

igf lr3 dosent work. im sure hes tried everything. its the last 2yrs its improved dramatically. I seen hes been special muscle fascia stretching- im sure a professional in this area could help open his back more rather than it staying all clumped n closed together with the rhomboids /traps and erector spinae

Tell it to Dallas McCarver who's coach swears igf1-Lr3 created his hams that were sorely lacking.
