Hey guys so quick question . I've been told that var lasts for 8hrs in your body and I've been cycling about 25 ish and haven't gotten any mood swings or sides except getting moody from time to time . My strength has gone up a ton and I got bloated for a while but tweaked my diet and cardio and everything seems fine .
What would be the proper way to cycle ? Take some every 8 hours ? One in the morning ? I've taken it as a whole before my workout then the next day
