I have been using DNP to get ready whenever i get good offers for last couple years.
I had a nasty leg injury in May this year and turned to
A fat blob ( 5ft8 inch 85kg @37.5 waist). Lol.
So last month took DNP for 22 days. Went from 85 to 72kgs and waist went to 32.5inch from 37.5 took one month break
Now i am 77kg with 33 inch waist. I will lean out more by using the same DNP protocol i used in past. Anabolics used will be 250mg sustanon (pharm grade)
So lets start.
Frontloaded 2 caps of DNP day before yesterday night.
Took 1 cap yesterday night.
Diet is 1600-1700 cals/day
Protein-12 egg whites 500gram boneless chicken thigh 1 scoop whey in water.
Rest is carbs and fats .
Feeling slight hot sitting as i type this.
For me my DNPkicks in about 3-4 days.
Starting measurements
Ht 5ft 8in
Weigut 76-77kg
Waist size 33inches.
