I've been watching quite a few of this guys videos and they are great. He explains alot of what goes on in the body when carbs are consumed vs fats and enzymes and other things that are very interesting.
How many times have we seen a young mass monster in his early twenties with the face of a 30 something year old? Makes me wonder if maybe the carbs+slin is aging these guys faster than normal.
I wish all doctors were like this guy...I once went to the hospital and when I took my shirt off to put on the hospital gown (I was shredded at the time) the doctor says "It must be nice to be young and have a fast metabolism(I was 36 lol)", I told her that actually I have a slow metabolism and she asks why am I so lean?I told her because I dont eat any carbs...the look of shock and horror on her face almost made me break out laughing because I knew what was coming...she went on to give me a lecture about how unhealthy that was and all that
