only way i can describe this. say im doing an extended 12-16 week eq cycle, length depending on when the 600/wk gains slow. at that point, i stop.
im doing tren at 4 weeks on, 2 off, then 4 on, then the break, then back on. reason is last time i trenned i had emotional issues after 4 weeks at 350 per. we'll see how it goes. i'm starting at a lower dose this time.
question is, if i do the 4 on protocol, would i need to increase dose each time,or stick with the 250-300/wk and judge by feel/gains?
its been 3 weeks since starting eq, waitin for it to kick in b4 i started tren last week. im up 6 pounds the last 8 days, which surprised me, and strength? im literally laughing when im done with a set i thought would be hard and turned out easy.
