Curious on what the pm members are taking of this liquid gold. I currently take 4g's/day thinking about increasing it though.
 
Usually 6g a day...sometimes as much as 10g.
 
I take 2g with each meal 6 times a day , 12g a day total
 
If anyone has any thoughts or experiences with Fish oil raising HDL please share, thanks.
 
4g a day here as well. not sure how much more increased benefit you are going to see going way more than that.
 
I supplement my fish oil intake with krill oil. I plan on adding some red palm oil in the near future.

I take 2 capsules daily of triple strength fish oil. Gives me a total of 1.8 grams of pure omega-3's daily. Plus I take two flaxseed capsules which gives me another 900 mgs of omega-3's. I eat alot of omega-3 enriched peanut butter also (yum).
 
Total 6grams of epa/dha per day...along with 400mg coq10.....baby asprin.....10000iu vitamin d

I hope my heart stays strong
 
2 grams of fish oil from tp and 2.4 grams of omega 3,6,9 from tp

I know fish oil is supposed to thin the blood, but I don't know at what dosage- would this help somewhat to offset the blood issues of EQ?
 
well my hematologist has me on an asprin 81 mg and 10 grams in the morning and 10 grams at night for my blood clotting problem
 
I take 4 grams of Lovaza daily, recently prescribed by My doctor, prior to this 9 grams of EFA's according to him the 4 grams = 9 grams otc fish oil on DHA/EPA which totals 3360 mg.

I've yet to check to see if hes correct :eek:
 
I should between 6-10 grams. It's a must have essential fat.
 
The real question is, how much omega 3 do you take per day?

Some fish oil caps are only %20 omega 3.

To answer my own question, I take 2000mg of EPA/DHA daily. Also eat a lot of omega 3 eggs and grass fed beef and cheese.

Also, you need to decrease your intake of Omega 6 (does all the bad stuff opposite of what omega 3 does). Decrease intake of vegetable oils, grain fed beef and dairy.
