low dose deca with trt

i have been reading a lot allover,and googling a lot about people who use low dose deca with there trt dose,i have read more good things than bad things,is there many guys here that do that,there has been some older guys been on low dose deca for yearsany thoughts please,also i have been reading about cabergoline for prolactin, a lot of guys love it.but it costs a fortune,i probably wont need anything at my doses,100mgs test cyp,50 mgs deca nandrolone,any help appreciated.

A lot of people like it. If you keep dose low enough you shouldn't need anything for prolactin. That doesn't mean I wouldn't have it on hand just in case . I know you've got people who prefer NPP over Deca .
I'm getting ready to add Deca to my trt. I haven't settled on the exact dose yet. Figure I will play around and see what I like best.
I could get a better deal on Deca at a higher mg then NP or I may have went the other route. I wanted to stretch out my runs as long as possible since I'm looking for relief on the joints.

I'm on trt 200mg cyp EW with 1mg finasteride ED. Can I add 100mg deca without any side ?

You can't ever say there won't be sides. Everyone is different. I've read a lot of people report they don't get sides at 100mg. It's always best to be safe in case one started having prolactin issues to have what they needed to get it in check immediately.
A lot of people don't need an AI on trt regimens. I need one. Always best to be prepared.

I'm interested in this as well. I've been reading a lot about adding a therapeutic dose of deca to my trt.

From what I've read here, 100-150mg/ew is the typical dose. I've been waiting because once I lowered my test dosage, I dropped a good amount of water and my knees dont hurt like they used to :thumbup:

Not recommended to use Deca with 5AR blockers! It will have the OPPOSITE effect as Test due to the fact that, contrary to what happens with other AAS, Nandrolone is converted by 5AR to a milder androgen (DHN), so prostate and scalp ARs are barely stimulated. Block Nandrolone to DHN conversion with a 5AR blocker and you'll get "full potency" Nandrolone to stimulate your prostate and scalp ARs.

What would be the logic in this? Deca is a progesterone, therefore it would decrease libido. "Deca dick" is well documented for a reason.

I'm going into week two of Deca added into my trt. I still have a while before I start seeing the benefits of low dose Deca. I have researched this for months. My joints are just beat up. My time with Uncle Sam wasnt kind to me. Plus I'm hoping for some releif with an injury, if my theory works. Saves me from another surgery if I'm lucky. But I know if I stop the benefits are going away. I didn't find anyone that suffered from the dreaded Deca dick at low doses either (300mg or less). But I'd bet there people who may have issues since it doesn't take much to kill libido for some.

I personally haven't chatted with anyone who had to use caber or prami to keep sides in check for trt doses. All the old pros I talked to said keep your e in check at all times n you should be fine. That doesn't mean one shouldn't have something on hand. I've had some tell me they run as high as 300mg a week but they were usally running just as my T for their TRT.

I did not find a lot of info about how low people have been able to go and get releif. A few times I saw where somene posted 100mg but there just wasn't a lot of info to make me feel all like that's the dose I want to try for starters. I'm much more comfortable starting out at 200mg a week.

There's supposed to be a really good article about trt and Deca but I haven't been able to find it yet.

The whole deca dick thing is just overstated by people who just parrot what they read cause they have no real life experience. I had a leg surgery a few months ago so for a month prior and 2 months after the surgery I went on a cruise does if 400mg Test / 400mg deca EW. I had no problems what so ever - this is 3 months on this with nothing to control prolactin and 25mg Aromisin 2x EW.

@ that time I added 600 mg EQ and 300 mg tren ace EW so nowI'm running 2 nor-19's with no problems to report. I think the guys who get into trouble are those who run a gram of deca with no test in the picture and nothing to control prolactin.

I'm on 400deca, 300-400 tren a, 200 mg test, 1200 EQ and 300mg masteron EW and am having no issues after 2 months on this cycle.

What are you trying to get next to nothing? Test or HGH? You've got to have those levels almost down to zero before an asshole doctor will start prescribing anything. Mine was 220ng/dl. from >1500ng/dl on 'roids. Damn the program, I'm back on my own stuff! 300mg. a month? I told the doc, "You've got to fucking kidding me"? I told him, "I've got to have 3x that amount to stay alive"

At 250/250 a week I got typical sides. My T levels were over 1500. I wasn't expecting the T to be as high it got so I wasn't using enough of an AI. My guess had I done a better job of keeping my e in check I wouldn't have had any e or prolocstin sides. I had changed some other meds before starting the deca/test for trt. My last lab work at 200mg's cyp a week had me in the 800's.

I dropped the deca to 100 mg a week and the test to 125. There's a benift to the joints but 250 weekly of Deca was a sweet spot. Can't wait till my next blast and running higher levels of deca. I'll be getting more blood work this week.

Ok so I will TRT at 150/wk and deca at 100/wk. Test level should be good and no sides at this dosage I assume?

You shouldn't, but tough to say for sure, varies from person to person, and can only be certain by going for blood test. You can reduce possibility of estrogen related sides (keeping steady levels of testosterone) by splitting your 150mg/wk into 2 or even 3 shots spaced evenly throughout week. At 100mg/week deca, shouldn't be any issues, just make sure not to take any 5AR inhibitors with it (Avodart, Proscar). All the best

My friends all say even low dose Deca wrecked their libido. There are too many other great choices to add instead of Deca in my opinion but if the sides are next to none for you by all means go for it.

I'm going to go for the deca to aid in joint support with the other supplements I'm taking for osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. The Nsaids and the vicodin are wreaking havoc with my concentration, my liver, and my training in the gym and I'm going to have to discontinue the prescription and OTC usage of them. I hope the viagra will get me over the hump when it comes to sex!
