I'm on a prescribe cycle of test cypionate, however, when my Dr performed various blood test and saliva samples he stated that my adrenals were in bad shape. He recommended some expensive supplements that were to costly for my pocket so I decided not to buy them..

I was under the impression that once I got back on Test I would be all good but that has not been the case. Test levels are in the upper 800, but I still feel fatigued, low energy, mentally, physically tired :bang head: I don't know if anyone knows anything about adrenals if thats the true case of my symptoms but I need to figure this out because my life is in serious need of some help. Relationship stress, drama, job related stress, etc etc have taken a toll on me and I don't know what to do next besides ask for help...

Any recommendations for adrenal support, cost effective treatments, etc?

Thanks~

I think Humanofort helps to restore your adrenals.
I'm sure of you look through the last 5-10 pages of emerics q&a thread,a user mentioned he was having adrenal problems

Tried to locate that thread but wasn't unable to, can you help me out?

I would get a micronutrient panel done paying specific attention to your zinc and copper levels to start with.

How will I get this testing done? Dr? or myself privately?

Research Dr. Lam's articles on Adrenal Fatigue, lots of info, too much to post here.

FIRE0808 has found the thread I was talking about.
It's on page 37 if you are using Tapatalk,if you are you using web version of pro muscle I think it's half the pages,so page 18/19.Member who mentions adrenal fatigue is called Chaps

Im having the same issues as the OP. Looks kind of pricey considering the amount recommended by Emeric of 200-300mg daily. I gotta take a shot at it.

Wheres the best price on this stuff (Humanofort)?

I'm telling you, research adrenal fatigue and copper toxicity/zinc deficiency. It can often be corrected with inexpensive mineral supplementation.

I'm dealing with adrenal fatigue right now, stage 3 actually :s, I suggest you buy a book on it. You need to consciously lower stress in your life, try writing down your stresses, dieting, stimulants, unhealthy relationships, more work then play, fasting, lack of sleep etc are all forms of stress.

-Get to bed by 10pm and if possible stay in bed till 9am (apparently between 7-9am is particularly good to shoot for with adrenal fatigue)
- vitamin c: 4-20 grams, start with 4 grams in split doses, keep increasing until you get stomach discomfort then back off (i'm currently able to handle 8 grams)

-magnesium (400mg-1500mg, any form that ends in "ate",) use various forms, Epson salt baths after work or working out, magnesium glycinate caps, drinking magnesium citrate powder before bed etc

-vitamin E-800iu
-b100
-atp co-factors (b2&niacin in proper ratio) twice daily
-humanofort 3-4 caps spread throughout the day
-Nascent Iodine (read up on this one, start low and work up to 14mg or so)
-selenium 200-400mcg
-fish oil (Carlson, nutrasea etc) 10grams
-Himalayan salt (try 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon in 1/2 cup water in the morning, followed by 12-16oz water) (this will help take stress off the adrenals in the am and help to more easily raise blood pressure in the am as well as provide trace minerals)

No dieting, eat a balanced diet if not a bit lower on carbs, when the adrenals are fatigued your blood sugar control is off and even water balance. Try encorporating yoga, lowering training volume may be wise as well. THat's what I can remember off the top of my head, basically you need more balance in your life, do more things that you enjoy, listen to music you like, laugh more, meditate etc. Hope this helps

If you were in the Military and in combat, are you sure you don't have PTSD?

I do sufre from various combat related trauma, however, I don't wish to post suck info on a web forum

Will Tren E have an affect on your mind? Such as making you feel depressed, down, no energy? I'm a cycle of Test E & Tren E for the past 6 weeks and I thought that maybe this could be what's happening.. Not sure though because after my Dr did the blood test and saliva test he informed me that my true issue was my adrenals and that I may be suffering from adrenal fatigue and lots of stress. As a Firefighter I already have a stressful job to begin with, not counting combat related issues from my various tours in the Middle East and to tpo it all off, a straining relationship with my fiancé who happens to be difficult, and a lot younger. Not trying to give up, because things in life are not easy and easier to quit and give up.. But the reality is that it could be a combo of things or ? Hard to figure out your mind, body. [emoji22]

I have that supplement I take it from time to time, running low on it but that stuff makes me super sleepy, I also have a few anti stress formulas from Irwings natural, also, GABA, multi's vitamins, and health oils such as coconut, fish oil caps... I just ordered some adrenal support formulas to see what happens. I'm taking a full fledge physical in June but I don't think that uncoils continue to wait. Should I see a specialist? If so, what kind?

Wasn't trying to get into your personal information, just pointing out that some of what you are experiencing sounds like PTSD.

Yes, it may. I was diagnosed years ago with it as a result from my combat experience but during that process I did what was needed to resolve or better said, did my work and I have overcame lots of obstacles. A true combat soldier will always have to carry on his back all of his experience, things done, actions, lost, guilt, survivors guilt, but it takes a strong man to not try to let those things come between you and your true happiness. Like I said, stress, etc could all play a factor but that doesn't mean that I need to become a patient of mental drugs that I wish not to put in my body, not that's a bad thing per se but way too many combat soldiers become dependent on a pill, an outside habit to deal w their issues, sometimes addiction, alcohol, drugs, and a sort of a lot of things. It's not easy, but life is worth living despite your downfalls, issues, past or present

Search Emeric, and humanofort.
