Hello,

I am 44 years old and have been on self-prescribed HRT for 10 years. I currently take 100-150 mg Test Enan per week, split into 2 shots.

I plan to do some international traveling to the Philippines and possibly other parts of Asia.

I am wondering what I should do to keep my libido up as I hope to have sex while I am traveling.

If I am gone for say 10 days, do you think a large shot of 300 mg and some Cialis would get me through? I could try to get an androgel script but I have heard it converts to estrogen more than shots, so maybe that is not a good idea?

Any advice? Let me know if you need any more info from me. Thanks!

Take the regular doses and take a higher dose before you go, so if you are away for 2 weeks take 2x your weekly doses and bring in some cialis if you have acces to it.
That will work.

If you are only going for 10 days or two weeks, don't worry about it. I would just take a larger dose the day or day before I leave. You will still have plenty of Test in your system to perform. There are some very easy ways to take Test with you also.

This. Get a script...it's the easiest way.

I fly and carry TRT in my bags all the time- never had it looked at.

If you are that worried- load some slin pins- no one will see those

If it is in your carry on, they don't bat and eye at it. Never have even looked at any of mine, that goes for international travel all over the world. Middle East and Europe. It just goes through the scanners as all liquids are supposed to.

Double dose the day before you leave, or the morning you leave. You'll be good for two weeks. I had to fly to Philly for two weeks and I was fine with my trt.

10 days, you will be fine, just make sure to inject asap upon return.

I would travel with it personally and just load a few slin pins or inject some test into a very very throughly cleaned out insulin vial.

It really sucks when you are dialled in and you feel it slowly slipping away. It takes about 7-14 days for you to feel it.

Maybe look into seeing a doctor there and getting a quick RX.

Or look to see what their pharmacies sell OTC in that country.

Or just load up the morning before you go.
