Non eleveated Estrogen related Face Bloat

I get a fairly high amount of face bloat from certain compounds. I always thought it was too much estrogen related water retention, but since I have been on TRT, my bloods have shown mid normal estrogen levels.

I bought some water pills to see if I can get rid of the bloat. If drives me freakin nuts and I am hoping this works. The worst part is I've cut my calories down, reduced sodium, and increased water intake but it still happens.

Does anyone have any good recommendations for specific compounds that can drop water safely, or any experience removing the bloat. I can feel my cheeks and see them in my vision and it makes me nuts.


The offending compound is trestolone decanoate. After two 150mg injections a week apart my face blew up like crazy. So, unless I can get this shit under control i'm not using it anymore.

Proviron helps reduce bloat for me immensely. I'm also on TRT and have middle-range estrogen, yet still look a little bloaty for a day or two after injections. Proviron at 25/day completely fixes this. Or I'll take 50mg on injection days, 25 day after, and none until next injection. Proviron is god-send.

I've never had it tested on the Trest. I quit taking the Trest anyway. I couldn't deal with it.

I quite taking those too... I'm sticking with shorter esters from now on, I get no problems.

Try Test E instead of C

for some fucking reason I aromitise and get bloated from Test C and not E, talking about TRT dosages
