Hrt blood results

I am on Dr. Prescribed HRT, but let's face it, it can be expensive. So I use a sponsor here. Doc has me on 200mg test c a week but I run test E 250mg a week. Being a little afraid test might be overdosed, I waited 8 days from last shot to take bloods! This is with once a week IM injections.

Need to start donating blood every 56 days.This will help with high blood counts

What cardealer said , your hemo and hematocrit are getting on the high side .donating every 2 months will help lower them .

How many MG per week to get you that 560? How long between last shot and blood taken? I'm trying to gauge mine, as I'm about to go for first blood work after being put on prescribed TRT.
Doc says he wants me around 600. I'm at 125MG/week split into 2 doses..I'm trying to get it bumped to 200/week. Will probably just take the same dose and save some for a blast, but trying to get an idea of how long to wait after last injection before ging in for blood work

Thanks. Guess it's tough to compare since you're on a sponsor's UG gear. We don't know if it's overdosed, underdosed etc.

He wants you around 600 how long after the shot? Also, why would a doc want you at 600 and not in the optimal higher end range? I would ask him where he pulled this 600 number from and why? There were some videos on here a week ago of a HRT doc explaining all this and why you don't just shoot for "average", hope you can find them, good info.

Any chance you may suspect that you have sleep apnea? Your elevated RDW and HH is suggestive of uncontrolled OSA.

Seems under dosed to me. When I used to do IM once a week @ 200-250mg I would easily still be over the high range of 1200 after 7 days.

He didn't request E2 test. As for sleep apnea I only sleep about 5-6 hours a night. I work over nights and have to be up early for kids. As far as OSA, I apologize for the ignorance but I am unaware of what that stands for. If it is in fact under dosed, that would mean issue with raws.

No need to apologize. I throw acronyms out, without thinking others may not know their term.

OSA= obstructive sleep apnea.

If you snore quite often, wake up tired or with headaches and fatigue throughout the day. I would pursue a sleep study.

The amount of sleep I get, and by amount I mean 5 maybe 6 on good day. Is very hard deep sleep. And once I am awake I am awake. The only caffeine I take in is preworkout.

He said he wants to ease me up gradually. Start with 600 and see how I feel (I know I'll still feel lethargic and tired at 600 :headbang:...I'll be 50 in August FWIW. Didn't say how long after the shot. I just break the 125MG up into 2 shots per week. He's not an HRT doc...just a family doc that happens to be a physique competitor.
I'm 6'1 238 around 12-13% right now. Have done a good amount of cycles and my test level came in at 83.

That was after 2 months all natty.
I have bloods on 3/22 and would like to come in around 400-450, this way I know he'll up my dose. Probable take my last shot 3/12 (tomorrow) and give it 10 days or so.
