TRT cycle help

Hey guys!!! I have not posted much, but I need some advice with a cycle I building... Heres some info on me.
27 years old 6ft 235lbs about 17% BF
I have low Test and have been on TRT for about 7 months now...My Dr is very conservative. I have decided to just do it on my own.
I have ran two cycles before. 1st one was Epistane, Furazdrol, and Trenavar, all prohormones. 2nd cycle was Test Prop about 240mg/wk with Clenbuterol and EC stack alternating weeks.

This cycle will be different since I will be on TRT dose of test. Here are the plans.

Test C 150/wk (this will be split in 2 injections)
Mast E 400/wk ( 2 injections and ran for 10 weeks)
DIM estrogen blocker ran throughout cycle

I am thinking about adding in Dbol for 4 weeks at 25mg/day with the Mast E.

What else should I have? Will I need anything for PCT since I will stay on Test...Kinda like a blast and Cruise sort of deal...
I do have high estrogen, my bloods with my dr showed them at 200...after they got up to 227 he had me try to bring them down naturally, then approved a DIM estrogen blocker when it got to 200 after 2 months. I have used Nolva, should I add that in or arimidex or proviron?

I think it would be helpful to share what your goals are for this cycle. Add muscle mass? Lean up?

You might not need an estrogen blocker if using masteron and small amounts of test only.
