Bioidentical HRT

I was on the phone with a clinic and they were telling me how they use an in depth process with their compounding pharmacy to create bioidentical hormones, and were selling this it like it is more advanced and healthier than TRT. I thought testosterone was a universal chain of molecules. Is there any added benefit of "bioidentical"?

compounding pharmacies do not make hormones, they only put them into solution. test is test. if they wanted to be real exact they may call testosterone with no ester on it "bioidentical". then you would need to use it as a cream/gel most likely.

Yes, or as a bioidentical troche, which I use.
