I keep seeing people doing female hormone panel from privatemedlabs for bloodwork....

THAT Is not accurate !

You need LC/MS/MS testing, Sensitive for Estrogen

The cheapest that I can find is from discountedlabs.com

around 80 bucks for total testosterone, free testosterone, sensitive estradiol

dial your TRT using that

It is accurate unless you check the female option on the test. I use Labsmd, and they specifically say to make sure and check the male option for the test if your a male, otherwise the test will be inaccurate. Last time I got it done, I was on 125mg and clocked 1200ng test and 38 estrogen on 12.5mg eod aromasin. Seems pretty Damn close.

It looks like the sensitive estradiol test is primarily for circumstances where low estradiol exist, such as infants and menopausal situations. Not sure if picogram/ml sensitivity is needed for most cases.
