HRT and ED...issues?

So I have been on HRT of about a year- 81mg daily of androgel, which has worked good. Also hypthyroid for about 5 years, on levothyroxin .88 mcg. When i went on HRT I was having bad ED problems, endo got me going...gone...gaining muscle, morning wood,sex was fine. A couple months ago I noticed lack of morning wood,sex drive and muscle building still there, blood work shows levels good- upper 800's....(Im 46). But i began having some ED issues. I would start the performance and either fizzle out halfway through, or go forever and tire out before my Johnson did...lol. My endo gave me some Levitra samples, and they worked...But same results...i start out hard enough to cut diamonds but about 15 minutes in Im struggling to keep going. Only other thing I started taking on my own to reduce testicular shrinkage was 50mg clomid about 3 times a week. But I took this even when things were going well, since about 3 months in to HRT. It Helped, and increase ejaculate amount. Also, not to get too detailed but problem only occurs during sex, i can still wack it like I am 14 with no issues, which is even more frustrating. I was thinking prolactin? I was gonna try Cabergoline, wanna get some thoughts, or if anyone had this...endo said if levitra didnt work he would send me to a urologist and they might stick a needle in my rod...not happening...ouch....

Full Blood panel before u start self prescribing. If u aren't having issues FAPing could be psychological.

You could also try cialis or Viagra before getting needles stuck in your junk...

Already tried levitra.....Thought about the psycholgical issue too. My wife is awesome, so no negative feed back at all. I was a bit nervous, wondering what would happen, but when levitra kicked in I was in to it and ready to go, so there were no more nerves or anything.....

Could be totally unrelated. But why clomid for testicular size rather than hcg?

I have used Tada from a sponsor here with same results. As far as clomid.......I have read about some guys switching from trt to clomid. When I take it my libido definately goes up. Was thinking of switching to HCG.

Hows your cardio? Takes stamina to go 15+ min for (good) sex. Try biking jogging or swimming.

Assuming here your bloods are in range and noting is out of line. I say that because you didn't mention it and your endo gave you some help.

Just try some Cialis.. 10mg ed.. Im sure you can get your Endo to give you a sample and then you can get 30 days free. I order mind through a Canada pharma my GP sent me to. Sent in my script etc.. Think I got 96 20mg (bite in half) for like 150? I forget but I can skip a day or two and have not had any problems, but prior too, I was having same issue as you.

Bro, things could be totally fine between you and your wife, but other factors can contribute to not having hard wood. You'll be surprised what counseling can do, don't sell yourself short. You're too young to be having ED issues, especially on TRT but I don't know if you abused AAS when you were younger which is now contributing to the issues on hand. Try a second opinion but like I said before it could be psych issues at hand that you are not aware of or fully understand~ Good luck~
