I have struggled the past few weeks dialing in my estrodial and found this article very helpful in getting mine where i need it. He says that estrogen is the hardest hormone to control in the male body and man do i agree. Its very temperamental and hard to know if your high or low but he points to some really good ways to tell that will help you dial it in.

One thing that sucks about estrogen, is i get my blood tests every 6 months. Well a lot can change in-between visits and, as he states, estrogen is constantly changing. Some weeks you might only need 1/2mg of Adex a week and other times you might need to bump it up to 1mg a week.

For my HRT I had to give up on arimidex and even aromasin.. Just could dial it in.. I finally settled on doing test prop in daily subq injects of 20 mgs a day... I also added in 10 mgs of mast a day.. For the first time in a very long time I have constant " morning wood".. No bloat.. Ect.. I'm getting bloods done in 2 weeks to see where my e2 and test are at.. But the best thing I did was get rig of anti e.. Now if e2 is elevated in blood work I'll look at arimidex in very low dosage again.. But I'm just happy having a sex life back without throwing down cialis or viagra lol

75mgs a week
I do e3d injections and my e2 came back low but free t is good, so bumping up my test. My e2 will be normal, my free t is gonna be even better
