Impact of Anavar on Cholesterol

So I have what I believe is fairly mild use of Anavar. 3

Three times a week T/TH/ Sunday on heavy lift days 40mg
Then on off days I try and cut fat with 10mg and restricted diet.

I do eat a lot of steak which can obviously imapct choleresterol. What prompts this is I got my blood work and my Chol which is usally awesome has flipped.

I reall like the routine- it has had good impact in the workout as I can make new PRs fairly frequenty on different gains. I'd prefer not to modify my var use - assuming it's actaully var.

Question 1. Any preferred supplement you guy swould suggest?
Question 2. Suggested modification of var? Maybe I cut it down to 20mg instead of 40 on workout days.

Bonyus quesiton 3: If I stopped Anavar- how long till cholesterol returns to normal?

It is most likely the anavar as it is know to impact cholesterol like that. If the anavar was the cause then yes stopping it will hopefully let everything start to go back to normal. As far as supplements go for cholesterol I take Jarrows brand Citrus Bergamot capsules every morning. It is a great supplement, I recommend looking into it.

Definitely the anavar. I was just reading about it as I'm looking into starting my own cycle. It raises bad chelosterol and prevents the good chelosterol from raising. It's a known side effect. Lowering your dosage should minimize it's affect. That and adding something to it like an otc supplement especially for chelosterol. Btw how has your cycle gone this far? Gains?
