hrt doc to strict

My hrt doctor prescribes me .08 of test cyp a week.It basically is 180mgs of test.My total test was 560 and free was like 390.She said that was high.Low normal is 500 and high range is like 960.Iuse to go evey 6 months and now its every 3.I cant even add a little to this and is frustrating.I use to get a 10cc vial now the compound pharmacy is dosing out only 4cc at a time.The pharmasist says older guys where doing to much and having a heat attack.And she also says you gained 10 lbs over the winter.Well hell who doesnt.Should i stay with her and play this game or go off and do this by myself.

So you don't feel well or your numbers are too low?
I'm scripted less than you and feel fine on it. Not like when I'm on a cycle, but way better than before.
I have a pretty good idea of how long it takes skipping or greatly reducing to get my test numbers lower before blood work is due.

180 mgs is a fairly good sixed dose per week. Was the blood test taken just before your shot.If so you might want to try splitting that dose up. That should keep you at a higher level.

Why the change from 6 to 3 months?

Why a compounder and not a pharmacy?

10c vials are somewhat difficult to get filled through insurance, so I pay out of pocket through goodrx for my 10's, which are actually cheaper than insurance and its 1c vials.

10's are out there, just not easy to find.
