On TRT, Experiencing Low Libido

I have been on TRT for 7 weeks now after my latest blast...

right now:

200mg test c / week

12mg aromasin e2d


I feel great, lots of energy, but then comes the problem, im experiencing ED and very low sex drive for last weeks and seems to be getting worse.

My latest lab test was on 500mg test + 12mg aromasin ed : E2 was 36


what direction should i go now before bloods( i need to wait 2 weeks before i can go to blods) so less aromasin or leave it for now and test it ?

Something ain't right!!! You're on 200mg test C and your total test is only 500? Where do you get your T from? Is it bunk? You should be at like 1200 plus.

TRT does not equal a good libido. It's elusive and can take months or years to get it right, if ever. And yes, it sucks.

Your test isnt real (Or at least its not 200mg/ml). Since your test is so weak, you probably dont need any anti-e's at all. I would drop the aromasin completely and see how you respond.

That should work. Aromas has a shorter half-life but very long active life since it's a suicide inhibitor.

Couple guys need to re-read the original post. The '500' he referred to was his weekly test dosage the last time he got bloods done. That was not his total test number.

I know for me that 12mgs of aroma on that little test would bring my estro too low. I’d try cutting it in half personally

exactly guys, not my total test number, but my test dosage last time i did bloods


sounds weird... but today i pop 12mg aromasin and in the evening i feel better, cant believe crashing my e2 and taking more aromasin today would make this feel , i need bloods for sure , but this 2 weeks would be guessing game

He has low shbg and thus is metabolizing test at a faster rate. Such is the case for those
With low shbg
Get bloods and in the meantime do some research on trt and low shbg
It's a real thing and one of the main reasons for
Trt non responders.

estrogen levels so important in the big balance

It happened and sometimes it doesn't really seem logical. After a shift in hormones, even coming down from 500 to 200 test, there is a period of adjustment and no one can predict exactly how long the adjustment period is. On top of that you have AI you are adjusting to try to hit a moving target. What I do is 150 mg test split subQ MWF, No AI. After some time ED goes away. In the interim I do one cialis on Friday and I am a horndog until Tuesday. That works for me.
