This log ill be focusing on offseason training with diet and cardio more flexible; hence why its called the offseason. In my last log you see I counted calories everyday. Currently, I am not counting calories and going by the mirror.

The past ten weeks I have been on prescription trt pfizer brand at 20 mgs. In fact when i went to the beach i went down to 10 mgs , then transitioned to 15, then back to 20. Since the last log was contest prep, in the past ten weeks I have put on some body-fat as expected after a contest. That said, I am decently lean, and happy with my stomach.

Ill try and get some starting pictures. Today I weighed in at 222 or 223. The plan for these next six weeks

Training....Im not as gung ho as I used to be. Im more relaxed. I have had injuries before so I have to not push things as to not flare them up Like the great Lee haney quote Stimulate don't Annihilate. Ill try and update every day, whether I train that day or not. The past ten weeks Ive been training hard, yet , holding back , esp on certain days, not sticking to the same exercises and keeping things fun. Its been more maintenance training to keep my muscle, that said still intense training on certain days

Cardio. Im on my feet quite a bit as I work a job where I walk and on my feet. I also live around a lot of stores so ill walk to the grocery store , or ride my bike around. Ill update this in my log

Nutrition....No forcing food like I used to, i was in my twenties and early thirties and gained too much body-fat doing that. Ive been eating every 3 hours. I may up protein with some meals as I do feel on anabolics , more protein is necessary.

Sleep is good. I usually get 7-8 hours, and a nap sometimes.

Supplements
Powdered multi in capsules-8 pills a day.
vit c
Bcaa's and l glutamine
I take a lot - creatine, beta alanine, etc Tudca for liver protection.
Stimulates -I don't take them much, if I do I limit them to three times a week or less. Last few days I haven't taken any

Moa gear
Deca 600 mgs weekly
bold 300 mgs weekly
Test E 150 mgs weekly
Dbol 30 mgs on weight training days- Ive been known to forget days as well so ill try and remember :)
Clomid as needed probably cut them in half and that'd be 25 mgs
Cialis when the mood strikes :cool:

Took my first shot 300 mgs deca, 150 bold, and 75 test e.
 
Today was back

Ate two meals before training.

Great back workout. warmed up rotator cuff shoulder horn, physical therapy. band movement trying to mimic nautilus lat machine as this gym doesnt have one

Cable pull ins couple sets

wide grip pulldowns arched to hit a different angle then straight in the same set pyramiding up in weight last set heavy without being too heavy , form always comes first

T bar rows 4 35's and 3 or 4 25's

one arm db row 100 lbs then 110lbs

assisted pull ups 2 sets

one arm cable rows where really focusing on the squeeze and contracting going underhand to emphasize lower lats best I can

rack deadlifts wide grip went up to 315 lbs- 10 reps

chinups and hangs just stretching lats out

had a lot going on today but by the grace of God and help from my parents I got things done.

got in a meal, then

Calves before work....seated calve, the one leg press press, lots of stretching, and static holds

Got in two meals

Chest

warmups, pt etc

incline barbell 235 lbs 4-1-2 rest paused
flat dumbbell 80 lbs=10 90lbs=10
machine press 210lbs=10x's
incline flies 50 lbs=1- x's
pec dec (set higher to hit more upper) 150=10x's
press machine with brand few sets

Strength is down for chest to what it has been . That said Im taking things steady if a big jump occurs great, but in no way forcing things currently
 
Yestreday did cardio, rode bike to gym then did higher intensity stuff for 2:50 seconds on then a bit lower at 2:50 secs for two cycles at 10 minutes. Gets my breathing hard, and sweating. I like short more intense stuff sometimes.

diet was on point yesterday.

Did second shot 300 mgs deca, 150 bold, and 75 test e. * Dbol 30 mgs on training days

Today did quads and hamstring

Great workout. Took in maybe 250-500 iu's of hcg so took 50 mgs clomid this evening. Got to split it up to 25 mgs next time.

Getting my meals in . Goal is to not have a cheat meal or not eat too much and eat more like im in contest prep, just a bit more food, but in no way eat a lot. You only need so much body fat and I feel mine is plenty right now for an offseason competitor and keeping it in check

Prepping food for tomorrow to take to work.

Today I took some caffeine, about 200 mgs which seems to help with appetite control
 
I forgot to mention I took hcg yesterday 500 iu's.

Didnt take the dbol yesterday because it was leg day and not going to use it on leg days, just chest, back, and shoulders day.

Today was some decently moderate cardio for 20 minutes, riding my bike, and elliptical in gym

*I felt extremely moody today like emotions heightened. I don't know if ti was the hcg or clomid or something else or placebo
 
last night ended up biking , posing in the mirrors at the gym and a little boxing.

Today took a shot of 75 mgs test, 300 bold, and 300 deca. 30 mgs dbol, 20 mgs cialis

Today was chest.
Incline barbell at about 30 degrees 235lbs=6x's-2-1 rest paused
flat db press 90lbs=10x's
machine press 210=, 250lbs- ddropset 210
db fly 50 lbs
cable crossover
pec dec

ate then came back and did calves and arms.

seated calve raise pr
arms using vt grips pushdowns supersetted with top curls

my arms were pumped

*On either chest or shoulder days Ill do calves or arms. Maybe both days. Ive been hitting calves and arms on chest and shoulder days a while. Some days going lighter on arms
 
Today got a few meals in then did back

hit it well. Some size seems to be coming on as its been nine days since I started. weight 226 and stomach looking decent. Today is a lower to moderate calorie day. Something ive been trying is cutting fat back and increasing carbs, and it seems to be working. That said on anabolics, things worj better, but im goijg with it, if Im noticing results.
 
Today for three meals in. I include shakes as meals,because like today I drank a shake with half a sweet potato. I ended up going on my normal foods today had a couple cheat meals. Not big cheat meals mind you, two slices of pizza, with a few chocolate bars, and a little Ice cream.

Did Shoulders, and arms. Went back and did a lil posing, and shadowboxing, and hitting the heavy bag.

250 mgs deca, 150 test, and 150 eq. Took a 10 mgs dbol. i didnt get off work untill 11 pm, so didnt want to take a a lot. Tomorrow is leg day and I know I said last week, oral only on shoulders, chest, and back days, but since I didnt get a full dose in today Ill take 20 mgs tomorrow pre-leg training

My libido has went down , erection quality, and more than likely its from the deca. This is why I added in 150 mgs test this shot.

Its possible its from hcg bc I took a 500 iu's hcg shit last sunday, and was going to do 500 iu's of hcg once a week, but from previous experience and research, I feel id do better on 250 iu's of hcg twice a week, the day or two or three after my shot, I may play with the days to see which once seems to work best for my body. Im taking clomid 25 mgs on dbol days.

the cialis I took i didnt get much from it, erection quality just wasnt there, and maybe thats because the deca. I can try again.

bike ride

lots of leg extensions, lunges, and seated leg curl for warmups

bodyweight squats feet close together 3 sets ten reps
lying leg curl progressively pyramiding up in weight
cable squats 40lbs=10x's, 80lbs=12x's
seated leg curl 70lbs=10, 110 lbs=10, 130-7
Hack squat 1 plate per side=10, 2 plates 10, 3 plates 10, 4 plates -5, 4 plates and 25-8
leg extensions pyramiding up in weight , think went up to like 140lbs

Im getting people asking if Im competing so there's definitely a change in my physique. More veins, bigger. was 225 lbs today after two meals

did a 500 iu's hcg shot with 25 mgs clomid.

Did pool therapy upon awaking. Water moving around, walking, water aerobics. this are great for physical therapy as well and fun way to burn calories .

Last week sex drive and erection was an issue. More than likely bc of deca bc in the past ive had erection issues with deca and 500-600 mgs weekly is a high dose. Since I added in 150 mgs test its doing better. and the cialis helped as well

Every cycle is different and Im learning how my body responds. with this cycle I feel for libido to work I need at least 150 mgs test one time a week and 75 in a few days. I have to test and see if I can get away with 225 mgs test weekly bc 150 mgs wasnt doing it with the deca, but it could be my hormones were adjusting.

I also think im dropping down to 20 mgs on some days and 10 on others because I dont get off work until the evenings/night and that's when I workout and take my dbol, so maybe on an off day 30 mgs, but for now 20 mgs , and this dose seems to help keep sexual dysfunction at bay , from the deca as well

*glutes and legs are sore. I did a 2ml shot in the quads the day before, and it is sooo sore. Back in 2016 getting ready for a show, I could barely walk for a week from a quad shot. Ive been massaging it. I walk at work quite a bit and have been limping. Not the first time this happened though

Today was a work day so chest was scheduled, but I'm going to wait until tomorrow bc I wont have a good amount of energy taken out of me, I don't think.

I dont like to skip days however I know if I trained after work my performance would be down, if I waited another day, and chest is an area id like to bring up.

I did calves and abs after work.

It’s the raw powder and I just cap 15 mg capsules and lasts me two days. I’m currently running deca as well. I’m definitely surprised.

Yesterday did a shot of 300 mgs deca, 75 mgs test e, and 100 mgs bold, 20 mgs dbol, clomid 25 mgs

Chest - did a new machine a chest press that hits upper pecs well, went to three plates

did incline smith with a friend, did go more than 185 lbs , slow negatives high reps. Barbell incline may have been hurting my elbows so im watching this exercise and may have ti cut it out, well see. Im 37 and agree with Phil heath, why do exercises that cause injuries when you can do machines and build and maintain a great physique with those. weve all seen what happened to Ronnie and Dorian. because of so many injuries, both of them really aren't able to lift like they could have if they were more safe

chest press did 250 lbs-

flat chest press 80 lbs I was gassed

did a band chest press machine

Im guessing its the deca dose that was causing it. so I upped test dosed to 150 mgs two shots ago and might do that every other week, and see if that helps.

got my meals in. Worked -which i walk around quite a bit so i burn some throughout the day, not a lot usually. I feel like the resting is helping me grow

Got off work popped 20 mgs dbol

taking tudca and a cycle support powder

did shoulders, and arms supersetted after work

went heavy on
bent over cable laterals
seated lateral raise. went up to 50 lbs good form. 105 lbs on partials
did some lighter pressing, I dont press much on shoulder day, if I do its lighter.

arms-used the vtgrips and a few other exercises.

started some l-dopa today a lower dose with some alpha-gpc, for prolactin control, will be noticing this.

I got my days mixed up so from now on ill just post my workouts everyday

Yesterday was 9/8 and I did Upper legs.

I did the leg press machine close stance-which I feels brings out my upper sweep quite a bit, so Ill be doing this on leg day from now on.

Protein is Im guessing 275 or 300
carbs -I dont know
Fats I dont know.

I stopped calorie counting a couple months ago now. This is part of the offseason for me, not having to log calories, and going by the mirror.

Tonight did a 250 iu's sub-q injection of hcg into the abdomen

Today was cardio

some foam rolling, shadowboxing, hitting the heavy bag and 5 minutes of climbing an automatic latter which gets heartrate up fast.
