I was just going to post the pic stitch that DJ has up. Unreal in that short matter if time, but i don't think in that pic he's on no carbs. He looks like he's go some carbs in him bec I don't think he looks flat. Once his water is fully depleted and tanned watch out for the repeat. His legs btw look much better this year. I think his quad separation improved. Conditioning looks better too

I'm only 230lbs and I know how much easier it is for me to get ripped up than when I was 180lbs....his huge size just burns calories. If I went 2 weeks no carbs (which I am not capable of doing mentally) I'd lose a shit ton of fat, add another 100lbs of muscle to me and I can't even imagine how fast I'd do it.

DJ loves this no carb approach, it's tempting me to try it next time I'd just have to get a counselor to see every day.

stage pic vs room pic. Also, he was pretty lean in that stage pic anyway, just holding water. SO hypothetically what could you do? Up the anti e's to lose the water buffalo look. Reduce calories a little and add or up cardio. You can make big changes in a short time when you carry some muscle tissue.
