just proves how lazy guys are now today...will take anything and everything cause the basic model T stuff is outdated to them ...most say it helps endurance and recovery...whatever...when cycling heavy my blood was so doped from the AAS can't imagine adding EPO to it..
Didn't really listen to the drug part, but as usual anything John speaks about on nutrition and supplementation was spot ...interested to read more about the fasting and the sleep cycles...I know the best gains in mass I ever made was the couple months after a show when the body just wanted nothing to do with extreme dieting and cardio and just wanted to grow.
Fasting would make sense to give the digestive system a chance to rest. I remember force feeding and even taking digestive enzymes with extra bromelain and probiotics and fiber ...just seemed to not feel as good ...was eating clean foods too just way too much at my peak 8-10 small meals a day and some shakes.
