Alright, might be a long shot but I searched a page or two back and didn't find anything.

I eat deer liver every year when I shoot a deer. Best way is to slice it thin lightly dip it in flour. Put salt and pepper and then put in a hot pan with onions and a little oil. Taste good probabaly not the healthiest way to eat it but that's the only way I know to make it taste good. Hope that helps. Let me know if you try and if you like it.
 
i cook mine in bacon grease...
i dredge the liver in a combo of flour and cornmeal....salt and pepper...
i also like to serve my liver with sauteed onions and bacon.

a bite of liver...with a bacon and onions is amazing.

be careful...dont overcook it...gets weird when its overcooked.
 
cook it like you do your steak or chicken...i do chicken liver frequently, and dont mind having it plain (no bully plz) :p
 
Try this easy way to cook liver
1 Dredge thinly sliced liver in seasoned flour
2 Fry the liver slices in bacon fat until browned on one side
3 add onion and continue to fry other side
4 Serve with ketchup
