Arachidonic acid supp

Just read about this supp in a magazine. It promotes aid in muscle building, protein synthesis. Has anyone ever experimented with it? Animal Test and X Factor were listed as top brands..

I took Gakic yrs ago. Gives good strength and buffers lactic acid.
While doing shoulders towards the end of my workout I was still doing d-bell ext with 55"s.
Felt great till later when the blood left and I couldn't raise my arm. (torn rotater). Back to 15lb ext for the next 3 mnths for rehab.
That shit scares me to this day. lol

I don't believe that was arachadonic acid.
