anyone else think his is going WAY too deep on every move?

his body must take a beating from that kind of training

Looks more like full range of motion to me than to "deep". If i saw a guy pushing that much weight doing hun reps i'd be thinking to myself"lower the weights dumb ass and do a full rep". Everyone is different though. Hard to argue with either as they both have great results.I personally do full reps tell i can't and then half rep on the last set. If you can't do the workout right then your probably ego lifting.

no, his lifts are what got him to where he's at in the first place.

I don't think it's his lifting style that got him to where he is

I'll go with genetics, hard work, diet, drugs and genetics. Not necessarily in that order though:D

i know a few guys that press deep.. but I cant go that deep on chest presses due to lack of flexiblity

looks like hes going WAY too deep. on every exercise. looks like injury waiting to happen IMO.

I'd never seen that 405 military press clip before...that is just insane free weight to throw that weight around 4 weeks before a show...
of course on the other vids he makes the weight look easy...405 on the incline up and down like a piston.....amazing strength.....

How does he train now...still that heavy stuff with Descending sets after each one...

Full range of motion does not mean youre doing it right...not by a long shot.

There are 2 of the same threads but both now have a fair amount of replies but I will post it in this one :D Just found this... check it out. This is 8 days before the Olympia in 2011!
