Hey guys what do you like to eat after gym? Fish? Egg? Or only some fruit? If you want to gain muscle , you should eat more high protein foods and carbohydrate. Any other suggestions?

Always a protein shake with added supplements and frozen fruit then a huge scrambled egg meal 45 minutes later
 
Shake and an apple until I get to work within an hour and then have a meal. Generally chicken and a sweet potatoe.
 
protein shake, followed by GF cinnamon raisin bagel w/almond butter and sliced bananas on top
 
Usually egg whites and blueberries/banana, with just enough protein powder to flavor it.
 
Currently having a whey isolate shake (50g) with 50g HBCD as I’m leaving the gym, then an hour to hour and a half later I eat a meal that is 10oz ground turkey breast and 10oz sweet potatoes.
 
I'm usually very hot after working out. I usually grab a 16 oz icee from the gas station and follow that with whey. Than about 1 to 2 hours later get my first meal in.
 
i'll usually have a shake that is 60/40 whey isolate and casein protein. hour later whole food. usually steak and sweet potato and steamed broccoli.

I’m these assuming this means straight after your workout.

I’m not sure why anyone would add fats straight to your post workout meal/shake. This will slow down protein absorption and insulin from carbs

Favorite meal

8oz Bison
1 cup jasmine Rice (or) 9-10oz sweet potatoes
3oz Broccoli
 
I like to have choc whey isolate mixed with a cereal of choice then 1hr later a good meal of sweet potato with salmon/chicken and veg
