Hey y’all! I’ve been staying away from cycling while the fiancé and I were trying for kids, but luckily we just found out a few weeks ago that we are expecting twins!! I’m beyond excited to say the least.

With that said, it’s been a few years since I’ve done a real cycle. I’ve been on trt for about 8 years and have been going up to about 500 mg for 10 weeks or so at a time, but nothing major. My cycle will consist of:

Wks 1-2 eq 900 mg
Wks 1-2 test e 300 mg
Wks 3-16 eq 600 mg (maybe 750 if y’all think it would be better)
Wks 3-16 test 600 mg
Wks 3-8 dbol 30-50 mg/day (depending on vets opinions)
Wks 1-16 aromasin 12.5 mg/day (very prone to Gyno)

No pct, I’ll just go back to my maintenance dose of 150 mg test e each week.

Goals: gain lean mass and stay moderately cut for summer.
Starting stats: 5’7” 172 lbs at 7-9% bf. My metabolism is stupid high even at 30 years old, so I’ll have to take my protein consumption up. Currently I eat 1 gram per lb of body weight. Should I take this to 1.5 or 2 grams of protein per lb?

I know that I’m pretty small, but I’d really like to get to the 185 lb mark and try and stay around that weight for maintenance. Any suggestions on different dieting methods or whether I should switch the cycle up at all? I’ve never ran eq or dbol, so I’m not sure if my cycle looks good. I’ve read a ton and I know eq is usually run pretty high, but I like running the lowest amount and still getting decent gains. I never jump the gun and run high doses unless need be.

Any thoughts on what would help?

Start the EQ off at 450 then increase as progress stalls.

Track weight and food intake and add a meal or increase portions as progress stalls. I would add more protein to each meal slowly with carbs or fats (depending on what your body responds better too, your fast metabolism can probably handle carbs better).

Thanks!! I appreciate the advice. Visually I respond very well to carbs, but mentally I do not. I get incredibly tired and my brain seems almost foggy. Think I should up the fat intake then? If I didn’t work 55+ hours for a software company, I’d stick to carbs and push through the mental fog but I gotta make that money for the babies!! Lol
