Is anyone using an offseason plan similar to what Dave palumbos recommends or have used it?
It's basically his pre contest diet with 30-75 grams of carbs added to each meal with a shake consorting of protein and carbs(no fats) post workout.
So it would be something like this but with carbs added to each meal
M1. 6 whole eggs add 30-75 carbs
M2. 8 oz chicken , 1/2 cup cashew add 30-75 carb
M3. 50 grams whey, 2tbs pb add 30-75 carb
M4. 8oz beef or salmon , tbs Mac but oil add 30-75 carb
M5. 50 grams whey, 2tbs peanut butter add 30-75 carb
Pwo- 50 grams whey ISO, 30-75 grams waxy maize
M6. 5 whole eggs add 30-75 carb
I don't do great with super high carb so I've been thinking about taking this approach with 300-350 grams carbs added in, after my prep is over
