just when I was peaking....hit 425 and was working back down, 385 and started my set w- 365.
looks a lot worse today, day 3.
felt the fibres let go from the middle of the pec and curl to my armpit.
luckily I was still able to rack it. I did not have a spotter on that set as I knew I was good for a couple reps.
it was to be my last heavy workout of the season as I am looking to get back concreting in 2 weeks.
just when I was peaking at 265 under 10% and going to start my cut...

although ive never seen or heard of ANYONE tearing a pec
on incline.....might be your only option after you heal
Sorry to see this. Looks like you will have to start bench pressing with the pink db's like Rambo.
In all seriousness you will be fine for your cut you just have to let it heal and not go back too soon and you will still look fantastic during the summer.
