I have attached a image from just after my last show. (sorry for size I didn't know how to shrink it down)
Im brand new to the forum and wanted some advice on conditioning through my lower and upper back.
When I compete I always get conditioning through the glutes and lower body.
But never have a xmas tree through the lower lats, or great conditioning through the back at all.
I often do keto, or low carb higher fat diets.
I know poliquin has said in regards to his biosig that subscap and lower back fat can be due to poor insulin management. (wether genetic or diet induced and I was a fat kid)
Any thoughts?
