JUNIOR NATIONALS 3 half weeks

heya guys, i posted pics back in april for my qualifier for the British nationals, i won my qualifier and im now 3 n a bit weeks out from the British junior nationals, im 20 years old...... some contructive criticism would be greatly appreciated. i feel as if im on track at the moment and have the chance to be National champion

if your at 3 weeks just keep rolling with it.you only have a little BF to lose.making sure you stay dry is the key.

thanks guys, i had a mock carb up on sat....took in 800-900grams of carbs from sweet spud,rice,rice cakes and oats. had 6l of water with it and woke up v v v dry and full ish the next day, then smoothed over massively the following night but then dropped off alll the excess water weight last night so was nice and dry again this morning. i have my last cheat meal on sunday night which will be at the 1 week 6days out mark .

hey guys, i took 3rd at the nationals, was av tough line up and was pleased with myplacing...cant complain being 3rd best in the country but felt i cud of been a bit drier and wud of taken second place...anyways here are a few pics from the show....some feedback on what needs improving would be good.

What did you do change 24hr before the show, you where much drier 1 week out.

well the show was over 2days, prejudge on the sat and finals on the sun......i depleated mon-wed and carbed up on 1000grams on the thurs and then 600 on the fri for the sat morn prejudging. i used aldactone at 25mcg?mg (cant remember aldactones units) on the wed night,thurs morning, fri morning and fri night.

after the prejudging i then had another 800grams of carbs for the sunday finals, i used half a dyazide tab befor bed on the sat.

im not sure why i wasnt as dry as i should of been?
